I dropped off the equipment at 9:30 am in the morning. A young man was working and took the key and said that the manager would be in later to check the equipment. I put gas in the vehicle to put it back to a 1/4 of a tank which is where it was at pickup of uhaul truck however when I turned the truck in they say it wasn’t checked in until 12:30 pm and then proceeded to charge me an extra day. That was worked out but there is still a 38 dollar charge. The gentleman I spoke with said he would take care of the 131 dollar charge. I was sent 26 emails and then another 10 or so and was advised in one of them how to check it in well 36 emails I’m not sure how anyone could keep up with all this. This is my biggest nightmare with uhaul and I will never use them again.

KAILEY HThe Uhaul app is garbage. It wants to be user friendly, however it's not. Even though I allowed location services all of the time, it still could not detect that I was at the drop off location. Even after closing and force stopping the app. I ended up having to go to the Uhaul website to conduct my business for the equipment return.
Garth ILocation did not have the truck size I reserved, and took advantage of me being in a tight spot by charging me for the larger truck they had on site. The truck I wanted was not returned to that location, so they charged the person that didn’t return it a fee, then got more of my money by renting out the larger (only) truck they had on site to me. A straight racket, and will not recommended the location, or U-Haul if this is the type of business they allow their locations to run.
Andrew MI dropped off the truck at 5:30 in the evening on the same day. The man was extremely rude and he did not put in the return until the next day at 7:30 in the morning.
Jennifer RHe wouldn’t let me drop off the truck there at first. Yelled at me to take it somewhere else. I showed him my paperwork that clearly showed where to drop off the truck. He said he was full and had no room for it. I handed him my key anyway.
Melissa HThe truck was filthy, had a terrible vibration as you drove it, empty or loaded. I picked the truck up with 3/4 of a tank of fuel and was told to return it with 3/4 of a tank. I used the truck and moved and when I returned the truck, I had filled it up to 3/4 of a tank. The estimated mileage that was given was 80+ miles off so I was charged for the mileage. But also I was charged for 6 gallons of fuel which I do not agree with as I returned it with the proper amount of fuel in it. I have used Uhaul for the past weeks for moving and need one more trip to finish my move. I have spent over three thousand dollars with renting Uhaul trailers, truck, and tow dolly. I will not use Uhaul services and would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. It was wrong for the extra charges, especially the fuel charge. I will also submit a complaint to Uhaul corporate office.
Richard DCould probably actually put the right gas mileage on the truck or have it clean , (truck ran rough , burning oil the whole time
