Roch SI did an after hours drop off in the dark and there was not staff on site. There were no lights on that side of the building making it hard to navigate walking around the truck to take pictures.

kevin tEveryone here was super helpful! The truck we received was almost brand new and that was so important for us because we had a long trip. The reservation was quick and easy and so was the drop off. I highly recommend this location. One of the best experiences I've ever had with uhaul!
Andreea SOwner gave me a cost of $189.00. I had a $29.99 truck for 3 days total. Tuesday at 3pm pick up, Wednesday made day one, Thursday made day two and Friday made 3. I was charged $244.00. You cannot see the bill or enlarge it. He took advantage. The gas was 1/4 full which I replace. What is he charging me for to total $244.00. I'm pissed, and angry. I travel local. He cheated me. He didn't have the courtesy to explain the charges. This man took advantage of having my card number.

PETER SIt was a long wait when I came to pick up my uhaul rental. Took about 20 minutes to get assistance, and it turned out someone was sitting in the back room, they just didn’t come to the front to help anyone until we got their attention. Also, the gas was on 3/8 when the uhaul was given to me. Usually it’s given to me on full at other locations in my past experiences.

Taronta MHonestly is very difucult to do thw online registration, too many steps...I used my phone everyday and I still found it very complecated, I just can't imagine older people. I lost an hour trying to complete my registration...price was good.
