RAYMOND GThis location charged me for 2 days rental on a 1 day rent...was told to call if there were any issues....called at 334 pm to advise we were on the way back. No answer...AJ...the woman behind the desk...extremely rude and short tempered when asking why she placed a 2 day rental...she called the cops when we informed her of the review we were going to leave for her behavior. Definitely would avoid ANY INTERACTION or rental from this or any other location involved with these owners/employee. Very unprofessional in every way!!

Marshall PI was informed by the person I had on the phone the night before that there would be someone there to help unhook my car from the tow dolly. When I arrived he said that he did not have the people to help unhook my car. I tried calling Uhaul to see what could be done. The previous two people accidentally hung up on me when they went to transfer me to the scheduling department or to find a facility that could help in getting car off. The third person I talked to sent me a video that showed me how to get it off. I eventually got it off and the guy that helped me with the check in seemed to have gotten the butt end of my frustration on that. He didn't do anything and had great customer service skills. He just had rules he had to follow.

Theresa FAbsolutely miserable experience. I was sent to multiple locations and I drove 4 hours up to where I was supposed to pick up the trailer. The original location had changed and then as I was getting to that location, I got a phone call changing it to another place and then as I turned around, I was talking to the customer service agent and she had told me that that place was closed and I asked her then why was she sending me to another location that was closed and then she had to send me somewhere else and once I got there, he was able to help me but then returning to the location I returned it to it took them. I think three days to finally return it and I had to call into corporate multiple times and make complaints. I was told I was going to get compensation for this and I would like to follow up on the
