Took them 4 days to receive the trailer back in. When I called them and asked them what was going on, they said "we only check on them a couple time a week". I pointed out that I wanted to rent another trailer but was being prevented by them not receiving in the trailer (which I now know isn't the case) and he got kind of snotty with me and said, "yeah, like I said we'll get to it". I rent a lot of tailers from U-Haul and am starting to think that in order to be a vendor, you have to have a poor customer service attitude. I think it might be time for me to look at other options.

Short- seemed to be bothering them. No assistance in backing the trailer in or disconnecting as heavy trailer. Had to do it myself. When asking for a receipt for drop off was told nope you’ll get one later. Will likely not use u-haul again. Shady drop off charged a fraudulent cleaning fee for a trailer in personally swept out before returning. I will be disputing this charge. Horrible experience.

CHELSIE ZIt was a night drop off so I didn’t see anyone but lots of parking space and easy drop off.
Edgar GTruck was not clean. Had to sweep out back before loading. Gas gauge was off. We had no information about overflow gauge until we had put gas in when pump did not click off.
