Picking up vehicle was Good. Dropping off & checking out Bad. No Receipt available. Still no email of Receipt. No proof given vehicle was dropped back off! Still waiting...

The attendant was friendly and explained everything. It took a little longer to rent the van with the paperwork but the attendant explained why and helped with every step. I would definitely rent here the next time I need a van.

I filled out the on line order form to include 12 blankets and a furniture dolly. At pick I’m told we don’t have any extra equipment, just the truck, I was told UHaul always does this! I had to go out of my way to another dealer to to pick up the blankets and dolly I needed. I don’t blame the local dealer I blame UHaul corporate for scamming people online. UHaul needs to reimburse me for forced unnecessary mileage and wasted fuel!
