I had difficulty opening the lock on the lockbox to retrieve the key to the moving truck. Mr. Dennis Cain, the representative assisting day, offered to come to the store location to help. Mr. Cain was able to retrieve the key and he was assisting even before I went to the store. He kept me informed of minor changes in my reservation that morning. During a very stressful moving time for my family, Mr. Cain helped us to get to where we were going. Keep up the good work Sir!
