Not as welcoming as the pickup location but they weren't rude either. Just meh. If I need to use another U-Haul I would go there again.

Katheleen ROverall, the folks at Cowboy UpAuto were very accommodating from the very beginning when I first inquired about renting a 1-way truck and guided me in the right direction. We secured the right truck in the end and managed to secure an upgrade in the end with help of a corporate intervention and it was a miracle too as I needed the extra space after all. I have to say though that the cab space is not built for sleeping comfort at all, bar none darn it all to South Padre Island! Other than that it held the road during the wind push along the interstates quite well, so thanks for building a sound vehicle and keep up the fine work! I'll gladly recommend U-Haul to my friends and associates for years to come!

Daniel HI just rented a hand dolly..the price was good for the rental and i was able to drop the dolly off after hours, per instructions from managment. Seemed to be good people...one thing that would help in my case..if you unlisted any rental point that wasnt active..i went to benton only to find they were closed, then i drove an additional 8 miles to benton...had i known bentons rental weren't active i could have taken another route..

Thomas KI reserved a dolly and they called and said they forgot to put one in there. They were closed and said they would have to come up and find one but didn't want to. I needed the dolly for heavy items. Had to borrow one elsewhere. I was still charged for one.

Stefan MI dropped off the uhaul at the location of my contract, on time, and received a phone call and email, wanting to know where the truck was. I kept trying to explain that I dropped off the truck at the location on my contact, but was informed that there is no such place. But there was!! Insisting that I was wrong. To make it short, the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing.
Dennis BWe mad with home with our U-Haul, had it loaded, and made it 3 miles down the road before the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree! My poor husband spent 4 hours waiting for someone to come fix the truck.
Timothy AIt took about 45 minutes to get checked out. The rental agreement showed that the truck was dispatched at 9:08, but it was nearly 10 before we were able to leave with the truck.
