The process of renting a trailer to move my refrigerator was very easy and convenient. I did not have a reservation but the site was able to accommodate me with something that I could work with. I was looking for a small trailer (which was on the lot but reserved) and ended up in a large, more expensive 12-footer. When I returned the larger init about two hours later, the smaller trailer was still on the lot and the customer who had reserved it opted for the larger trailer that I brought back. Ironic. Very happy with the staff at the springerville location. Thanks! Allen

MICHAEL GI was very happy with the attention I was given and the ease of checking in/out of the equipment. The team at Cowboy Up was very professional and courteous.
ALLEN HCowboy Up provides friendly and efficient service. On busy days there may be some wait time. No worse than any other U-haul center. I definitely would rent from them again!
RICKY HDropped off in the middle of the night. Did not see anyone but drop box was viewable and convenient.
MYRLICE HI was overcharged and still have not been issued a credit. The fees online that I agreed to paid were increased at the rental location. My Rental rate of 50.00 per day went up to 75.00 per day and the insurance fee for safemove went from 30.00 to 45.00. The rental location told me they could not fix it and I have to call 1 800 U Haul to get it fixed. I have to go back to the rental location with my documents again to hopefully get my money back.

sharon nMy reservation was to pick up in Lakeside AZ The day before I received a call informing me that I had to pick up in Springerville Az which was a 90 mile round trip I don’t understand if I make a reservation two weeks in advance o have to drive 90 miles to pick up a trailer

JUSTICE SI made a reservation to pick-up the auto transport at the Cowboy Up and there were none available the day we arranged, I had to go to St. Johns for pick-up. After drop off the auto transport, they called to tell me the rental was overdue even though it had been dropped off the day before on time. The Springerville drop off made it a hassle.

RAYMOND RThe wood slots in the truck gaps need to be bigger for tie downs. A switch in the truck to turn in led lights would be nice instead of the cab only. A Shelby on the attic part or a small lip on the front end so things don’t slide off.
KYLER MTrailer was a 6x12 flatbed with ramp. I intended to move a trike that is 5ft x 10ft. I did not realize until I attempted to load the trike that even though the trailer is six feet wide, the back “gate” and ramp are only 4’10” wide. Wouldn’t load. $162 down the tubes.
KEN TThe staff was nice and friendly, and after hooking up the trailer the staff member took time to make the trailer lights worked with truck so that I could rest assured that I was DOT compatible.
