It was dark It was hard to find there was nobody there, because it was nighttime. When I dropped off the vehicle, it was very hard to find this location because it's hidden and I did not see a sign luckily on the second pass. We saw a U-Haul sitting there. The site is very tiny.This is a no parking spots

Suppose to open at 10. Had to call for someone to come.there was another renter waiting too We both had reservations for 10 Waited to way after 10 keeping our help waiting The people were nice

I ordered an additional furniture pallet, and it was not there; I was charged for it. There was no one there to question it. All in all I was on a deadline to move something, but I will encourage all to no use unless it’s a simple move… no additional items.

No one was there. Left a number to call when we arrived but no answer. We had complaints with the rental but no one to talk to about it.

Only negative thing I can say is it’s hard to get ahold to anyone there. It is me when it comes to this particular situation because the location south of this one has burned me several times already. Saying nothing negative about the gentleman and location for the pickup. Once there found a working number and was able to pickup with ease. But making sure my rental confirmation was good was very hard to confirm with the pickup location.

The location was a small house in a bad part of town. It was extremely messy and disorganized. The associate who helped us did not honor the pricing that was given on the quote and we were charged just short of $100 over the quoted price. Now we continue to get more charges to our card as well as emails to pay extra tolls etc. Will not be using this service again and definitely not this particular location. Our kids as well as myself were scared to even enter the location.

dident explain anything about driving the truck dident give any paper work on the rental. and once the keys were giving. got in there vehicle and left me there.

Be specific on informing the customer of the changes of the pick location. Also, if the location is changed, make sure the times coincides with the same time the customer was picking up the U haul truck from the other location.

To make sure the additional equipment you rent are in there I rented two dollys and none were in the vehicle but I saw one on back of the porch so I took that one but was still charged for two dolly’s

I needed a trailer immediately and am not skilled with pulling a car trailer but this location was very accommodating.

It was easy, no problems. The parking area was a little rough and rocky but it was an easy rental.

I never received my deposit back and was told the location did not return cash deposits. I contacted Uhaul and was informed that my deposit was returned when it was. I am now out 100 dollars because of this. I have an opened case with UHaul, and hopefully will have a response by Monday with update on where my 100 dollars is at and why UHaul was updated that it was returned. I am not very happy at all when I am told I had my deposit returned when it wasn't returned.

Put good tires on your trailers. The tires looked horrible on this trailer. One of them developed an issue about 80 miles from the Uhaul facility. We had to wait almost 2 hours for somebody to come and replace the tire to get to my destination. Also this facility is in an old converted house and leaving the building I cut my arm on some padlock latch thing they had screwed to the door face. It was super sharp and somebody could get hurt way worse than I did on it. It’s a safety hazard.

Definitely not ideal in wet conditions!! Probably a tight spot to get in & out for non experienced towers, in my opinion.

Bizarre hours. Was asked to give 20 minutes notice before I dropped trailer off, and was told they'd be there when they were finished with lunch. Small site to try to park a trailer.
