The truck didn’t start 7 times which is why I didn’t fill it up with the less than 1/4 tank it came with. The previous time I went to the gas station to fill it up it took forever to start and I didn’t want to risk it dying on me by going to a gas station to fill it up.
Maximillian AMy issue is not with the location, but with U-Haul itself. The location was closed so I tried using the U-Haul website AND app but they both weren't working so I couldn't pick up the key. My fiance and I sat there for 40 minutes trying to get help from U-Haul customer service. When we finally spoke with a representative (his name was Tyler), he spoke to me very unprofessionally and hung up on me. Eventually, another representative called me to ask if I could change my drop off location. I agreed and she helped us get access to our key. Upon drop off of the key, the U-Haul app was again not working so I had to just leave the key in the box and pray it all worked out. By far, the worst experience I have ever had and will not be using U-Haul in the future.
Katie DDidn't have the equipment that I requested. Custom Rebath had a sign that they were permanently closed. No way to get ahold of anyone. Was given a smaller truck than requested. We were not able to fit some of our furniture in it. Had to make multiple trips which cut into our time. We didn't even get 3/4 the way moved before having to return the truck.

Mark PBring a truck to a location for a reservation, we wasted 3 hours and a half of tank of fuel just to go pick up the truck. Do better.
Jay BTo begin with, my reservation was at one location. When I went to pick up my equipment, they had changed my pick up location without even calling or emailing. By the time I discovered it and drove halfway across town, I had wasted 20+ mins. Then my truck didn’t have the moving dolly I reserved, so I had to walk up to the location and grab them. During the whole pick up and return process, the app crashed multiple times, leaving me never able to complete the pick up or return process in full. This review is for u-haul as a company. The location I ended up getting my reservation fulfilled by was very courteous and helpful, and explained why the dolly wasn’t in my rental (fear of theft; of course, then why not buy a lock and place the key to it in the key box with the rental key?). All in all, 1 star for U-haul the company (for not notifying me of the change in fulfillment locations & for the app crashing constantly), and 4 stars for the local location that fulfilled my reservation.

Amy LI registered for your 24/7 service, it is like a bad joke. I was told I could pick up anytime, even outside of business hours, that didn’t work. I was told the drop off procedure would be super simple, not so.

Brandon KThe trailer did not have running lights! I had break lights on my truck and turn signals on my truck and running lights on my truck! The traler had break lights and turn signals but no running lights! When I brought the trailer back I told them about the lights and they need checking and they said I needed to check my truck for fuses out! They need to maintain their equipment and not cause the customer! If it was my fuses I wouldn’t of had lights and I did! I’m really Disappointed with the customer Service!
john NI wasn't happy cause they charge way to much. And then I was charged still another $8.49 for something else.

Shelby JThe trailer just barely had enough room for the Harley Davidson triglide .future trailer for motorcycles need to be a little bit wider and just a bit longer. That and they fact its extremely heavy

Wanda SThe facility and the service at this facility was fine. It was an hour away from the location I chose when I made the reservation a month earlier. The location I made my reservation for was in the town I was moving from and the reservation was made for 8am. I was notified by an e-mail that was sent less than 24 hours of my pickup time that I had to travel to a different location an hour away and the truck would not be available until after 9:30. Finding someone at the last minute to drive me to pick it up was difficult, I was forced to start moving 2 1/2 hours early and I had 60 miles of extra fuel to buy. I was not happy at all.
James SInitial 4x8 rental had a 2 1/2" split in the sidewall of one tire. U-haul upgraded me to 5x8 as it was the only other available in that class.
Darrin SYou do have to wait for them to be done helping their customers to help you which could be timely.
Amy LMy return time for the truck was at 8 am on Jan. 20. I went to the place at 8 am on that day and it did not open until 9 am. So I called the place in Olathe I rented the truck from and they told me to place the keys and contract in a drop box and they would leave a note on my contract. A little later I received an email I was billed for an extra day because the return time was listed at 9:43 am since that is when they got to. The money had already been taken out of my account. I called the place and she said she would check and I never heard back from her nor has the money been returned to my account. That is quite a racket to tell a person to return by 8 am then not be open until 9 am and charge them an extra day!
Michael MI dropped the trailer off after hours on Dec 23rd. The online dropoff would not work and instructed me to drop off the trailer and leave a copy of my contract. I even called UHAUL to confirm this. This location charged me for an extra week of rental when they finally got to it on Dec 31st. We only had it 2 extra days.
Ronald MYou could call as soon as you know there is a reservation change to allow the customer more time to make other arrangements. Your customer service representative ( not this location) was rude and condescending. She also lied to me and said they tried to call at 123 and I didn’t answer so they sent me a text. Just lies and poor customer service when calling U-Haul. No call, just lie! Smart phones track missed calls and I had none.

James JStaff were friendly and very helpful, absolutely no complaints there! However, the trailer I picked up was filthy inside and one of the wooden strips for tying down was broken off, making tying down impossible. There was dirt, twigs, and leaves everywhere. Even a quick pass with a leaf blower or shop-vac would’ve made worlds of difference!
Samantha PMy experience with this rental was less than great. First I received a call before my pick up date saying I would have to drive an hour out of my way to pick up my truck. I obliged because I had no other option. Come time to pick up the truck and the worker laughed and said they haven't had any dollies in years after seeing my reservation. After signing the paperwork I'm handed the keys and told it's the only truck here, no walk around was done and upon getting in the truck I found the last person's contract as well as dirty cotton swabs and half used lotions. I spent several minutes trying to adjust the mirrors that were stuck in a position not to my liking before leaving the lot. I drove this truck about 250 miles and let me tell you it was terrifying. The top of the box was not properly sealed and moved with the air making a horrific sound, the engine was doggy and made squealing noises as it failed to accelerate as it should. The cruise control was also nonfunctional. All around I am very displeased with this uhual rental experience.

ROBERT JHad to clean trailer before use as it had dirt all over covering the strap loops. Tire blew out and found out they gave us an in town trailer for a out of town haul. Wasted our whole evening getting someone after hours to help and to follow insurance guidelines. Nightmare ordeal
