The app was horrible. I couldn't log on for the longest time. I had to wait 24 hrs before it stopped giving me errors and allowed me to login. The amount of times I had to restart the app was annoying. It told me the wrong directions when returning the car. So I put the keys in the lock box and almost left, but felt like something was wrong. Then the app started working and now I had to take photos of the car. But the keys were now locked up in the lock box. Thankfully I remembered the code (after multiple attempts). It was so frustrating. I don't know if I'd rent a uhaul again just from the app alone.

von mI ordered the truck with a dolly and pads. When I got to my location an hour away they were not in the truck. It made my moving experience extremely difficult.

Kathleen CPlace is a bit hard to find...a U-Haul sign facing Pontiac Trail would be helpful. The staff was excellent, but I'm not sure how pick-up/drop-off after hours would be handled. Again, I didn't see any signs that could help. Luckily I didn't need boxes, pads etc, because I didn't see any there.
Ken CI was charged a fuel fee that I should not have. Unhappy with that. If an actual person reads this I would like to be reimbursed. Thank you, Brad

Dimitrios MThe truck was too small & when I said what we were moving she said this should cover it! Cost a lot more bc of the miles making extra trips! Second the movers we used from the suggested website were scheduled @ 10am & I asked to be here at 9. Said he would check & get back to me & I called the next morning to verify the time was changed. I asked for 3 hours 2 men. I was sent 3 men for 2 hours with I didn’t authorize. Then they tried to charge me $200. For this man sent! I needed the extra hour for traveling time20 miles each way! They argued this was the charge & I told them no bc I’m not paying more money to them when they never owed it with me! The 3rd person sat in his truck when the heavy couch needed another person & the homeowner helped whip I paid this person! The gas was fill @ a half tank & was accidentally filled at 3/4, can that be adjusted on the bill?

Actually i wasted my time using this car while i was very busy as iam moving my stuff. The people were nice in that location but without offer any fast solutions or helps , just go and call and help yourself.

MICHELLE BI booked the reservation at a UHaul location on Haggerty Rd in Commerce, but they had me pick up the truck at Dan's Auto in Walled Lake. All good. I had told the agent when reserving it, I needed at least 8' tall truck as I was moving a refrigerator. I picked up the truck, no issues. It looked tall enough for sure, but it was not. The inside of the truck was under 8' tall. The refigerator did not fit in the UHaul and I could not pick it up and move it as intended. I know you cannot lay a refigerator down on its side, so I was out of luck and out of rental money.

Seth IThe website did not offer pickup times that were realistic (5:30 am was the best time) for the vehicle I reserved at one site. I made a reservation at another. BTW, Denise at the Walled Lake location was extremely customer focused. We patient, polite, and competent. Thank you Denise!
