I filled the gasoline tank totally 2 miles before drop of and they charge me 59 dlls
RAUL CThe location was not what would expect for a U-Haul place. The reports nice but when our bill came through there was an additional 30 miles added to our bill. When tried to reach out about this including the area manager, no response was given. Will never rent from this location again.
Jillian CUnfortunately, I had a terrible experience. The business was quite nice when we got there, they gave me the keys and I went to finish the mobile check in. The miles on the truck was WAY off and not in the good way. I didn’t want to have to pay $100 for miles I didn’t even use. I tried to correct it on the site, but it threw an error that I needed to contact a service representative. The locations representative was not there at the time, so I called customer service and they jumped through MANY hoops to fix the issue and I am so thankful for that. Also, the back of the truck had leaves and the inside had cig ashes. I’m very thankful for the representative going the extra mile to help me out, but it did delay my pick up because of this issue from the location about 30-45 minutes sitting in the sun.
