Nobody was at the location when I arrived and equipment wasn’t ready.
Robert OThe keys were not in the box when I showed up. I got charged for a dolly when I didn't even get it.
Dalton GThe location can be a little tight. The vehicle was in good shape. I requested a dolly and moving mats. They were not in the truck and I was counting on them. The pickup and drop off process takes a long time and is somewhat cumbersome. It would be nice if it could be streamlined. I like the option of pickup/drop off outside of business hours.

Jackson HThis location was terrible. You walk in and there is no one to be found. You walk around calling out ... finally, a person comes out and he does not speak English. I was dropping off a trailer and he did nothing to help. This looked more like a part time auto body shop than a u haul location.
William SI would have preferred a truck with cruise control for my long trip. Alignment of the truck was not great. Weather stripping on cab was falling loose which allowed noise and rain intrusion. Engine light on. I appreciate the dolly that was included but will probably look at Penske next time. Fees charged by UHaul for handling tolls is overkill..some toll roads give you no choice but to pay by mail/online so seems like fee is taking advantage of customer.

CHUKWUEMEKA AI chose this location because of the hours, instead when I got there they closed! Yes although hours of operation very clear on the door and I took pictures. So then I had to do all the pictures and then I had to leave a hand truck in an open truck. Unbelievable I had to do that when this is not what I signed up for. All these years of renting U-Haul has me reconsidering because of Dream Auto. Unreal!

Jeffrey TEverything was great. The best U-Haul experience I have ever had, and I have been a many time customer. Two moves for me, once for each of my 5 kids, twice for two of them! Plus a small trailer for my journey home from the military.

HUA SCustomer service was good, but unfortunately could not provide a hard copy printout of contract. Truck had a cracked windshield. Just getting started at this locations some working out the kinks when starting something new is always a challenge. Good location and prompt courteous service and availability were true positives for this location and I would not hesitate to use this location in the future.
Samuel HNo one was on site. Had to call to get someone to show up. Had to help them hook up trailer. Had to buy a light converter to get lights to work. They took no information before they indicated I could leave. 4 hours later they were looking for my drivers license number. I turned the trailer in where I had said the next day. Dream claimed the trailer was missing. I said it was turned in. Absolutely terrible.
