We requested a furniture dolly, no furniture dolly. No gas in truck 30 gallons before we could load, no walk around, no one checked mileage before renting, we requested furniture pads no furniture pads. The dolyvwe did get had mud on the tires and in the cab. The price for the move was ok, however $100 in gas just to take is just wrong. We started with the gas gauge at 78 miles before fill up.

Angela PThe location was convenient to me, however it is a small convenience store (overcrammed with merchandise) with a laundromat in back and the parking area out back for all the returned rental trucks they had taken in. The place was not particularly filthy, just too much stuff packed into too small of a space which meant that it is difficult to clean effectively. The clerk was certainly friendly(unfortunately I couldn't get the self check out function to work on my phone (phone setting was somehow wrong on my phone so not your fault at all,) and it meant that I needed full service check in.
Wayne RThey did not give me a contract. There were blankets in the back that we did not ask for and we’re all unfolded so we read the sign that everything had to be folded or we would be charged so we had to fold blankets that we didn’t even use and it was just unprofessional building everything, they did not tell us to take it. We got charged more.
Lisa MLet me rent an appliance dolly but didn't have one charged me for insurance I didn't want and charged me for over 30 miles when I lived 5 blocks away. Such a horrible experience
Angel MI had reserved a dolly and it was not available. This caused me to not be able to move everything in one trip. A dolly was necessary to move the heavier furniture. I am highly disappointed in this rental.
Billy MThe inside of the UHAUL where I load my my boxes in was very dirty as well as the ramp. I had to sweep it out before I could even start loading my items in the truck, other then that, it was very good experience
Brenda PI explained what happened to the manager of the drop off location he told me that there was nothing he could do. He said I had to call an 800 number for u-haul explain what happened but didn’t even provide me that number.
Chris FI had to clean the back of the truck before I could use it! Representative at store was extremely rude and not helpful!
Brad BGuy was an asshole and cursed at us. I would never allow him to be an associate if I were Uhaul. Based on online reviews, I’m not the only person who feels this way or that he has treated poorly.
