The app didn’t work so I had to call customer service to complete the truck reservation. Also, we reserved an appliance dolly, and the truck did not have that dolly installed. Additionally, since the location was unstaffed and dependent on the app, we had to call customer service about that and travel to another location to pick up the appliance dolly. I am dismayed that there is no recourse for our bother and inconvenience in having to track down the equipment that I reserved and was promised.

ERIQ BWe were scheduled for a 9 am pick up time- when they claimed to be open per their buisness hours. The office space is shared with another company and that receptionist let us inside. They said the u haul people dont generally arrive until 9:30. They called the agent and let him know we were waiting on him for 9 am pick up. The agent didn't arrive at the facility until about 9:30 am and didn't acknowledge we were waiting or was apologetic about it. The time we spent with him was very chaotic. He got our reservation ready, we paid, and, while we were about to leave, he realized he didn't have the truck checked in from the last rental. So we got out of the truck and waited on him to check it back in. There was no sense of urgency and put us over an hour behind schedule on an already stressful day.

Bernardino Gnone of the equipment was set and had bad windshield wipers hard to drive in the rain. Also had radiator fluid leaking. I waited an hour for the person to show up before I could get the rental and also very delayed in process. I was offered a discount and I never did receive it.

NATASHA NI couldn't even check in online so why even offer that then y'all charge 50 miles regardless even if I don't even go 50 miles and on top of that y'all overcharged and tried charging my card 15x without my authorization so no I will NOT ever use uhaul ever again and will NOT recommend y'all to anyone I know. I will constantly tell people I know and on every single social media platform that I have to STAY AWAY from this greedy company!
