Having to go home to book a trailer when I was in the office is crazy. Why can you not turn up to a dealer and simply rent a unit? It's a case of technology gone way to far, in fact it's ridiculous.

I completed the online drop off, but there was no box for the key when I was done. The attendant wouldn’t take my key because my name wasn’t in his U-Haul system. It took a long time until I convinced him to just take it.

LORNE MI was like truth through the whole process from the day I made the reservation for the day I dropped it off I had to drive extra 200 miles there and 200 Mi back to pick up the truck that's not what I was told when I reserved it I was told I could also drop it off at my destination and then they changed that and the person I talked to got mad at me for asking why it was completely 100% pathetic everyone I talk to couldn't give me a proper answer
Richard GThe guy at the counter couldn’t get into the computer took 45 minutes finally left with the trailer. The trailer was also full of garbage and cardboard. I had to stop at my home and empty it.
CHARLES TU-Haul helping staff was good, after we were stuck without a truck when Paresh at Swift Current did not complete our reservation. We live a 1/2 from Swift, but because of his failure to complete the confirmation, we had to drive 2.5 hours east to pick up the truck. If we hadnt phone the day before to make sure the truck was good to go, we would have been royally screwed as we had sold our house and had to be out. I can not stress how disappointed we were.
Doug BMy over all experience was not good !!! Had to go from Regina to Indian head to pickup wasting time for me when got people waiting to load !! Money out of my pocket to go get it and being charged extra miles !!! And returning it early. The last mileage over charge should be refunded to me. A response requested please

Grant HPlease make sure that the side mirrors are properly working. Throughout the whole journey, whenever the I hit a bump, both the right and left side mirrors kept displacing. I had to make frequent stops to adjust them.
Kamaal SI booked for Weyburn originally but could not be guaranteed a van so I then changed my location to Regina. Again, no van was confirmed and finally I had to pickup in Indian Head which meant trying to get transportation there. The van didn't have the booked equipment - when checking out, the only option was to say "no" for the equipment, but then it said "see attendant". I went to see him and he had no equipmnet so he said to call Uhaul later which I haven't done yet. The Van wasn't cleaned either, I took a photo during the process. I was assessed a $100 cleaning fee upon returning it.
Patrick SThe man at the pickup location was not friendly at all, any questions asked all he said was to call customer service. He didn’t come out to help hookup, my breaks or running lights didn’t work in the trailer .
Kayla BIn all honesty, I won't rent a uhaul from this location again - which is unfortunate because it is the closest location. The staff are unable to assist with any questions, revisions to the reservation, make note of any deviations from the check-out information even when I brought issues to their attention. While I used the online app as directed to review the photos, confirm the license plate etc., when I noted an issue with the reported fuel level they would/could not do anything to remedy that situation. When I returned the vehicle, I was told to use the app, which I did, and then gave them the keys - UHaul still had to call me to confirm when I had dropped off the vehicle because apparently it was not recorded in their system. While I had put fuel in the vehicle when I returned it (more than I had used I'm sure - I had the truck for all of 2 hours and travelled no more than 40 km), I was still charge more for fuel after the return was confirmed over the phone two days later. I hesitate to think what would have happened had the truck been damaged or stolen between my dropping it off and being called by the office.
Jane DAbsolutely one of the worst customer service experiences . I had reserved a 15' moving van. First off it was filthy inside, cigarette butt in the drink tray. Then the battery was dead, was told to call customer service, fortunately my son in law was able to boost the vehicle. Then the plate number didn't match with the contract, call customer service again I was told. I called customer service, then the dealer had to use MY phone to rectify this part of the screw up. Then the drop off location was not what I had agreed on. It took over an hour to get off the lot! Who has time for this crap?? The dealer did NOT go out of his way at all to make an extremely stressful and crappy situation any better. I would NEVER recommend U-haul to anyone. I'm sure there's many , many very negative experiences with this half- assed company. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE U-HAUL !!!!!!
wayne cMore knowledge and help from this locations staff. Just kept saying everything is online. When my family rented a uhaul from Regina location there was a lot less hassle and never took near as long.
Stacey DI asked my brother to drop off the trailer since he lives in the same town as the drop off. I didn’t know I’d have to travel 30 mins there, just to take pics of it and the location from my phone, as it tracked my location...then the app said I had to redo the 5 pics five times!! I was about to rent through uhaul again but not after this experience

Leon FDon’t screw over people when they reserve a vehicle for a certain price then make them pay double when they return it due to your charging them for kilometres then say the vehicle is only miles and make them pay double for mileage it’s Canada not the states you advertise kilometres use kilometres for mileage very disappointed never using your company again and letting all my friends and coworkers know as well
Garry M3 days after I have dropped my rental and still waiting for supervisor to call me back to complete my rental. Waiting for customer service to call back from U-Haul also. Had very little customer service. Still waiting.
