The pick up location and customer service at the location was great. U-Haul on the other hand was horrible. They did try to make it right but it was still a hassle for me. Long story short, they equipment I had rented was not available at my truck pick up location so had to go to another location for that and then they only had half of what I rented. Was not happy with uhaul as a company at all.
christine mGate code was hard to work. I able to reach location on phone when there were difficulties. App experience was horrible.

Office is clean, orderly and nice and cool, because the temperature outside was rising. Took me to my truck, waited patiently while I looked it over, then when I was ready, opened the gate for me to leave out. Thank You😊

darian gI had to punch in the code for the gate at least a dozen times on the way in & out for it to actually work. The a/c doesn’t run on high in the truck, which is what I needed moving on a 90 something degree day.

Todd GI was ok with the service of this Uhaul location until I looked at my recent this morning and noticed that I was changed 13 dollars for gas. I only used the truck for 5 hours instead of for the one day that I thought I would need it. I drove a total of 16 miles plus I put fuel in the truck. I do not understand why I was charged the 13 dollars for gas. The gas hand was where it should have been according to the paperwork I received. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I will not use this location again because of the dishonesty of the fuel charge.

Steve SNo inventory tracking on furniture pads is 1990s poor service. U-Haul must implement SAP or D365 like inventory management to avoid extremely pissed off customers. Honestly, McDonald's manages inventory better than U-Haul.
