The truck was a mess in the truck and the charge for the rental is over priced for the kms.

Brian MI would have the brakes checked cuz my driver Mike stated that the brakes were sticking, or they weren't pumping very very well when we first left the parking lot at Fix 4 Less. But than again maybe the U-Haul truck just needed some brake fluid cuz they seemed to work better after we had to stop for a light change but other than that everything was good running wise except for some of my help not showing up to help with the emptying of my storage unit and the unloading at my new address. But the ppl that did show up worked their asses off trying to get thee U-Haul empty . So sorry for being late with the truck but I only had 3 ppl to unload it and we couldn't do it in a day. So sorry for the inconvience once again.

Charmaine LI had booked the u haul for 8 hours i.e till 8:00 pm. I dropped off the keys in the key box around 7:00 pm which was earlier than my booked time. To my utter surprise and disgust, in my billing, I was charged $20 as after hours service charge. I don’t understand what service did you give me just for dropping off the keys in the key box? I would like you to revise this extra charge right away. Thank you
ASHISH DOffer weekly rate for loyal customers on 10ft truck like cargo van. Or increase free weekly km as you rent vehicles. I think I have rented uhaul at least 8 or more times, but there no incentive to continue with uhaul if another competitor does the same weekly rate. One time a had problem with app However if business is open that’s a peace of mind for new and loyal customers. Overall excellent experience.

ROBIN MCustomer service was great. However truck had a leak and there was significant water in the truck. Had mop up the puddle of water and worry about leaking water getting on my product. This issue should be fixed. Thanks
Dean WDon't make me park my car way in the back lot where neighbourhood security issues exist, as razor wire fences indicate, while I'm only briefly using the uhaul. Especially when there are open spaces up front with better security. Also, don't let someone rent and expect an appliance dolly through the website when there is only a handcart available. Having to improvise resulted in a back injury.

Bailey CBack if the truck wasn’t swept out, lots of bits of debris - wood chips, drywall etc. Also I ordered some furniture pads but they weren’t in the truck. When I spoke with the attendant they said they didn’t have any and from how he said it, it sounds like they never have them - odd considering it was advertised multiple times during the ordering process if they don’t carry any of the hardware! I did not have other covers/pads arranged since it was supposed to be in my order, so then after I had the truck I had to go find pads elsewhere…obviously delaying everything. Truck ran fine and otherwise smooth pick up/drop off.
Daniel BYour advertised rates are false. A $39.95 rental is actually close to $200 with normal use. I noticed sure I would use uhaul again.

MARK Sawful experience told us that they wouldn't charge for the fuel being on empty when got we got it and then charged us idgaf if it's in to contract if you say something do it

MARLEN NThe app would not work. Called support and had to do the pick up steps through the website. It took well over 30 minutes which is unacceptable Also why was I charged a $25 cleaning fee? This is just a money grab. The truck was not cleaned when I got it and I left it in better shape than I got it yet I’m billed an additional $25 for cleaning? Be transparent with your pricing at reservation if you aren’t it looks dishonest.

Morena BStarting Gas amount was at 1/8 of a tank or less and not 1/4 tank. Had to get gas immediately before the move as I was afraid of running out. I won't use his service again.

Ashwani Kwe booked the pick up time for 730 am the facility does not open till 830 even though uhaul sent us confirmation, this created many problems for us as everything we planned was now delayed
BRYCE JStaff seemed a little impatient, but still friendly. Apparently I was trying to both complete the process online and in person. Very frustrating. Also my final bill went unexpectedly up as, I think, initially the mileage was listed in kms, but calculated in miles. Weird. Once that was corrected, my final mileage increased by 60%, which unfortunately was correct.

JURGEN IMix up on the reservation. Wrong persons name on contract. Wrong pick up date. Had to go to a different location to pick up truck. On original order requested blankets. When the contract was changed by representative no blankets were input as per requested.
Sharon JPreface or get the customer aware when they first register that they should verify their driver info. Rather then showing up for the booked rental time for the first time and spending 20min just filling out personal info.
Max KThe Uhaul app and un-manned sign in was horrible. It took over an hour to get my truck , 35 minutes to get a customer service rep ( he was great), then 30 minutes to sort out technical problems. Horrible app

DANIEL RMake sure you let the customer know that the location is closed when picking up a rental and that everything needs to be done through the app! I showed up only to find out the location was closed and spent 2 hours on the phone speaking to multiple U-Haul representatives trying to get my rental. My reservation wasn’t even set up to use the app, so they had to fix it over the phone! Very frustrating and made me late to pick up my auto transport. Absolute worst experience ever! The location looked like some broke down, drug infested neighborhood. The disorganization of this rental was unbelievable.

MAsod NThis was an after hours pickup and drop off, so no connection to the location. It was convenient and easy to get in and out of. My reservation was switched from a 1 way rental to a return in town rental and when it was, the moving dolly and the dozen furniture blankets we ordered, got dropped off the order. Had to do the move without the dolly which was frustrating, and created extra work. A Uhaul location closer to our move loading location was able to provide blankets, but had to travel there to pick them up, interrupting our move. Otherwise, it was fine. Truck was good.

LEIGH-ANN BThe truck I rented was not maintained well. The battery had problem and I could not bring it back at the time I suppose to. But I paid 2 days extra which was Saturday and sunday.
Hamed AAppointment on a Sunday, store is closed must do an online check in to access keys locked in the truck cargo area. No warning that pick up would require cumbersome items like passport, or call to employer, or copy of lease. Any of which are possible but difficult pop quiz on a Sunday when the option of on-line check in was selected as an option. Truck itself was in good working order and return easy.

DARABJIT BManaging reservation time is critical, U-Haul consistently fails in this regard. Their inability to properly handle schedules leads to frequent delays and significant frustration. The staff's behavior is utterly unprofessional, and they show a complete disregard for the inconvenience they cause customers. I strongly advise against booking any reservations with U-Haul. The service is abysmally poor, and it reflects a total lack of competence and care.
Ahmad AYou need to service this truck more often .Luckily for us.Iam a mechanic and we had battery issue. Both 8mm terminal were very loose and I felt bad for the brown transmission fuild. Other than that truck was great 👍

William SYour app for pick up and drop off was horrible wasn’t given the code to unlock the back gate to get the keys called the number and was on hold for 20 min guy that picked up was in Manitoba and was unable to help next call was waiting on hold for 20 min again talked with some one that was able to give me the lock code I confirmed the truck number with him he sent me the license plate number to confirm which I did with him while on the phone we tried the code to open the rear door to get the keys code never worked after multiple time so he transferred me to after hours people which we waited for over 40 min for them to pick up in the mean time we tried the lock code on the truck next to the one I was to take and the code opened the door so we took the keys and used that truck we were able to go to the place in maple ridge to pick up the furniture and load it still waiting for the person that put us on hold to pick up we got to where we were unloading the furniture before my call finally got answered I explained how long I’ve been waiting and that the code for the rear door didn’t work and we tried the truck next to the one I was assigned and it worked so we took that one to do our move gave her the new truck number and confirmed the license plate she did a new contract for me with the new truck we finished unloading and took the truck back stoped and put gas in and returned it while checking the truck back in through the app got the mileage and gas pic done side of truck back of truck then pic of the inside of cargo area went to do other side and front of vehicle pic the app froze and wouldn’t let me go any further so took those pics put the keys in the back closed the door and locked it with the paddle lock and went home I think this is a good thing to do but my experience was horrible we started at 145 as I was to pick up at 2 took us an hour to get into the wrong truck and then the return part never worked ether
