The dealer in Lillooet - frank’s handyman services - Did an excellent job and gets five stars. No suggestions as to how he could improve his service as it was first class.
Glen RHave a sign, clear directions that are on Google Maps. Once you turn off the Hiway, you turn onto a pot hole & rutted dirt road up a mountain with a blind switchback with a big pothole as you turn. The sand driveway is not marked. You are greeted to a rundown mobile home with a couple of uhaul trailers & a truck. The " system" never did work while I was there both times. I was sent fraudulent emails right after my account was eventually reimbursed.
HEATHER CYour phone APP is clunky - difficult to use. I ordered a 26' moving truck - the day before I arrived my order was changed to a 20" Truck - it's a good thing I had made additional plans for the move. I originally intended to order the truck for 1 week - Saturuday PU & Satureday Drop Off - the clunky app failed. The pick up agent didn't add enough days, once I arrived to PU truck. I ordered blankets - they were NOT at the location of PU The truck itself was great ; the move went well considering the last minute challenges.
Darwin LJust some guys house in a weird spot
Allie Breserved a 6x12 trailer in Kamloops , went to pick it up the next day ,staff said i couldn't take it one way , which i am moving not in town but to another province. They told me there was one in cache creek , drove there and came back empty handed .Called the service center and they told me there was on in Lillooet , drove there and Frank was very helpful , got trailer and drove back to Kamloops to keep packing for the move . All in all i drove over 6 hrs to get a trailer which I reserved in the first place , the Kamloops outlet could have told me when i reserved the trailer it was for in town only , I would have made other inquiries about one i could rent for one way travel , instead i could have driven 2/3 rds the way to my destination in the time i spent looking for another trailer from U-Haul . Not very pleased on what i went through this time with U-Haul
