I booked my rental reservation at UHAUL of Dan River in Danville, VA, because I did not want to use a jobber, I wanted professional service and support from a corporate office. I drove 40 miles only to discover my reservation had been changed to the jobber Fuentes Enterprises. No signat the location so I assumed I was at a medical office and the equipment was in an unmanned parking lot. I was wrong, but the young man who assisted me, had never hooked up a trailer, so I was virtually on my own, which is why I booked with a UHaul facility. Trailer was parked on an incline so I rolled forward. I had to chock the wheels with my chocks to keep it from rolling. Pretty much guessed that the hitch was properly secured on my ball hitch, which caused me a bit of anxiety on my trip. The young man did his best to assist me but his lack of experience was exactly what I was trying to avoid. If I hadn’t been committed to a tight schedule, I would have cancelled the reservation. In the future I will not use the app to make a reservation, and will speak to a live agent to insure I get the services I requested. Very disappointed with this rental experience.

no wait hassle free friendly staff

O called for my husband to reserve. It was suppose to be on his name and he was driver. I only called for him. Now everything in my name and even shows I was driver I was not. This was a company charge and has made it difficult to submit for an expenses

Truck was dirty inside with orange mud, process was completed from what appeared to be a personal cell phone and I could not be reimbursed for not going over mileage.
