Renting the U-Haul to move was a painless simple task

Urs WTruck & trailer were dropped off on April 3rd at 3:25 PM ( prior to the 03:30 PM closing time of this location ) but were incorrectly marked by employees as dropped off the following day at 07:27 AM. This caused me to be charged for an additional 24 hours of rental as my original pick-up time was 03:48 PM. I contacted the location on April 9 and spoke to Alex. After hearing the details of the error made by his team Alex said he is unable to help and hung up on me. Thinking the call may have dropped I tried calling back. First few calls rang without answer then eventually my number was blocked and calls were instantly sent to voicemail. I then used my other cell number to call when Alex answered. I asked him why he hung up on the other line but he hung up again and continued to ignore a few more call attempts. This location's team not only leave before advertised closing time, fail to mark correct drop off time of items for the next shift to input into the system but they also hang up on customers who call in looking for customer service / error resolution. I've personally had to chase after my resolution for this rather simple error by calling the corporate U-Haul phone number.
HOOMAN NIt is very sad that you charge a full day for only 30 of extra time.

THEODORE TWon’t recommend this location because they charge for each card transaction which is bs and on top of that they charge for returning trucks after hours something that normal U-Haul locations don’t do overall this locations sucks really pist off because I had requested ah truck somewhere else and they send me to this sorry ass place if I would of know they were gonna act like this I would of look some where else

Jerry WI was told before taking off with the truck that I wouldn't have to add more gas to the tank at the end of my reservation because my mileage on the truck would have been so small. But my final receipt showed a charge of more than $24 for gas.

DAVID CThe guy was disorganized and seemed to be running a uhaul rental in a rug store/construction site. I requested a printed receipt and was told they didn’t have a printer. Truck had serious problems, to the point I probably will not go with uhaul again. It was dirty, dented, had pieces falling of it in the cab and the interior hinges on the back door were covered in rust. I wanted to do a damage report at pickup and he just told me to take pictures of everything. So I did. The truck engine squealed the entire trip, the guy at pickup said the sound was normal but I was nervous the entire trip that the whole thing would break down. For the egregious price tag of this one way rental I was severely disappointed with uhaul and think they way under delivered.

COLIN SWorst service. Manager was late I was late for my appointment on the storage. Truck is dirty and has boxes inside . Did not check the truck . Return Monday and keep calling that the truck is not returned .

Dedrika JThe U-Haul had almost no fuel at pickup. It was already in reserve and set me heavily behind on schedule with my move.
Gerald PI dropped the keys off through a slot in the door at 10 AM. The door was locked. I left the truck outside in the parking space. I did not meet or talk with anyone. I could not submit my review for the last three questions not being answered. There was no way to answer those as I did not see the facility inside or talk with anybody.
Rickey WThis was an after hours drop off location that closes at 4 pm. So, we had a little bit of a trouble dropping off the keys. There was no box. The lady at the front desk of a furniture store asked us to leave the keys on her desk.
