Y’all charged me a cleaning fee even tho I cleaned it myself I paid for 12 miles and Dey charged me an extra 4 .. so needless to say I am very unpleased

Roderick DFirst of all, I did drop off after hours so I didn’t expect anybody to be there. It was one hour after I was supposed to drop off. I knew that there was not going to be anyone because I expected to drop off late due to the fact that I had to drive around and find a place that I knew would accept U-Haul. But upon arrival, the dropbox did not have any place With the scanner barcode for me to give the key back. that was a total inconvenience. I wouldn’t have had to do that if the lady would have did what she said that she was going to do by allowing me to choose the address that I would drop it off. I am in a brand new neighborhood and I asked her to allow me to find the nearest U-Haul drop off close to my house, by giving the option for me to choose when I purchased the U-Haul. She didn’t do it so therefore I was charged an obscene amount of money for no reason that was a total inconvenience. It was a lie, and it was very rude. This was the worst U-Haul experience I ever had. It almost makes me question using you guys again.

Enedrea SWhen I showed up 20 minutes after opening, there was a note on the door that they would be back at 11:30, when the apparent manager exited the door. She told me to drop the keys in the box and she would receive it when she returned. I told her that I wanted to answer any questions in relation to the millage, I drove over 1000 miles and navigation to me there one way and brought back another. Again this lady had no care about my needs as a Uhaul client and her expression and tone was that what she was doing was far more important than me. Her attitude was the same "don't give a shit about you" as the first woman and will be the reason I never shop Uhaul again. I'm done!

WESELY MEmployee rented me a unit with the box dirty with concrete and drywall material offering a discount to take the unit. Sweep and power washed the inside and ramp saving me $10. Thanks for the service.
BENJAMIN HGet their products that they paid for to them. Pads for moving as promised. My furniture was damaged. I left hours later due to not being able to retrieve my key from the locking device. I'm still so very ay. I'm 69 years old and don't need this aggravation!! I'll never rent U-Haul anymore. Leaving so late and missing my appointment.
Patrick WIf the U-Haul place has self-service, it’s best to have an employee there to help the mobile check in. I did not get the gate code to get the U-Haul keys and thankfully an employee came in early at 9 am when the storage place opens at 10 am. She was able to get the code and give me the keys. If she wasn’t there, I would’ve been waiting. Please make mobile self checkin easy to have an employee on standby.
Victoria DOnly problem I had was the dolley wasn’t on the truck. With made us have to pack everything. Very stressful moving into a dorm room. Which I paid for it and didn’t receive a refund! Everything else was perfect.

ethan oI agree with another review that the Employee wasn't familiar with her job duties. It took forever to do the paperwork to get the truck. There were 2 employees. There was a women waiting in line behind me, instead of the second employee stopping what she was doing with a door she just continued to mess with it making the women wait. Also make sure to check the fuel gauge before leaving that it matches what's on the contract. There was 3/4 of a tank when I rented. Returned it with 3/4 of a tank got charged 18.00 and change for fuel. I asked why? she said it says there was 7/8th on the paperwork. My fault for not checking, but it only had 3/4 when I got it. One last thing, hope you don't have to call them, it's a nightmare to get this location on the phone. Not to mention the automated service when you need a person to answer the phone is horrible.

marcellus aThe staff was generally nice, but the business is not good. The hours of operation are insufficient. The self-drop return of vehicles is unacceptable considering that I have NO trust in UHaul; this compels me to do an in-person return. Truck was dirty and noisy and bumpy. Needed repairs to the shock absorbers. Also, pricing is FICKEL; the $19.95 day rent was large print but the "plus fee for mileage" required a magnifying glass to read. Also, they were requiring me to return the vehicle in way less than the 1 day. Thus, the $19.95 price for one day becomes a LIE. Uhaul needs external business consultants to come in and overhaul your business model to one that is honest, civil, and transparent.

HIDEYA SI chose the contactless pickup and the app indicated the keys were in the back of the truck. After several minutes of looking turns out I still had to get the keys from the person in the front desk. App is useless. I turn the truck on and it’s practically empty. I return the truck with almost half a tank and I get charged a fuel fee? Makes no sense. Reached out via email and haven’t heard back. Definitely scamming their customers.

Marcus AAssure that everything is ready to go for the customer. Nothing was ready, no one was there working. Had to wait over an hour and still got charged for 2 days. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent from that location.
NYEISHA Athey didn't finish my drop-off at the time I left the van there. Instead, it took them 2 days to do so and that caused an error which they charged me extra miles for my rental. This happened because it took them 2 days to finalize the process, so I believe they used somebody's else miles when they took care of my rental. This made me spent time on the phone in order to solve this problem.

Latyanna SI had a previous reservation at another location. I showed up an hour and a half after I scheduled to pick up the truck to find out they gave my truck away. I rented the truck for 24 hours and nowhere did it say If I wasn’t there by a certain time they would release my truck. I was not notified of this either and didn’t find out until I was there to pick it up. I assumed since I had a reservation for the entire day, that I could pick up my truck when it was convenient for me. I had to get a smaller truck and make more trips.

Susan JThey should have all supplies that have been reserved on site. I had to go to another uhaul to get the dollies I reserved and it shouldn’t have let me reserve those if they didn’t have them. Moving is stressful enough without having to go to another location to get the tools we needed to move
Patricia MVehicle was not clean or in good condition. It had damage to the roof that I did not see until I got the truck home and I had to repair it with flex tape to keep water from getting in. Also the A/C worked intermittently and we had issues with the loading ramp working smoothly.

William SInside of truck was filthy...old french fries, smears, etc. Although told that for transcontinental rentals, 'newer equipment' was typically provided, the van we had had >108,000 mi and towards the end evidenced transmission issues. Unclear why cruise control is not available to aid in maintaining safer travel instead of fighting a gas pedal for 2200 miles.
Dale DPersonnel was extremely rude and very unprofessional. He kept overtaking me and his tone was hostile when I communicated with him. He did not care about my concerns.
