PATRICK RI was over charged and management is taking their time about refunding my money. I have been calling for 2 days.
Linda DThe employee was late 10 min of opening the store. There was a customer ahead of me and the employee took him but did not acknowledge I was even in the store. I had a reservation, but the other customer did not. I did not get the keys until 35 min after I arrived. There was something spilled all over the cup holders, Trash under the seats, and a hand cart and blankets still in the back of the Uhaul which made my space a little smaller and hard to load. I can deal with everything but how dirty the truck was is not sanitary.

Anthony PCalled Rockbridge location because it is close to home but was told there was nothing available. Had rep check Memorial Drive locations and was also told this was the only location with a van. Rep sounded like she was asleep or drugged in the phone and not helpful at all. It wasn’t until we arrived that we found that there was no attendant to handle rental; spent 30 minutes trying to navigate the app that does not work well, and barely made it back by the return time. Not a pleasant experience! You are left to your own devices to figure it all out and not even warned that that is the case.
Daphne WThe check-in process via mobile phone (Truck Share) was not fast; took many tries to get the photo to finally attach. Very frustrating to lose 45 min just for the pickup.

Alteris CIt was located in a small strip mall and somewhat hard to find. Unclear as to where exactly we were supposed to park the tow and truck. Otherwise it was fine.

Rosibel GWas very difficult to find the location , had to drive around quite a bit and this office was hidden in a strip mall. Parking is very difficult for larger truck. Not a Uhaul location..

Richard SThe gas was not at the line that we had to fill it back to when we got it. Unfortunately we didn't notice until we were on the road and knew it was too late. Filling the truck back up was much more expensive because of this.
Darian LWould only recommend if it was tthe most convenient location. It is hard to find in the shopping center and apparently multiple businesses are run in the same suite.

MICHAEL BThe lady at the place had no idea how to rent me the equipment and no idea how to put it on. She asked me if I knew how to hook it up as she had no idea. I hooked up myself equipment never check lights did not work. When I call to tell her as she charged me she tells me to call 1-800 go Uhaul to get money back and no answer or respond yet. ANTONIO BPoor condition. Dirty. Put down rental equipment we never got. Billed incorrect mileage. Did not speak English. Hate to wait 1 hr for them to return. Building was open. I did not feel save at the location. I was told daily for 2 wks my truck would be at U-Haul in Snellville. This delayed out packing 4 hours. This was 2nd place I was sent. No one ever game to the first location I was directed to.
