everything was very good the only thing i had an issue with was that I was charged an extra $50 that i have no idea about .
nicol gBesides charging me a $25 cleaning fee for a bag that was left In the cab, the woman who checked us out was very rude. I have been a lifelong uhaul customer but after dealing with this location and that woman, I will NEVER rent from uhaul again!

BIJAL KI dropped the car off on Monday and it was not marked as received in the system until Thursday, I was charged for 2 extra days and the region manager was very helpful and nice and refunded the extra charge but this location made extra work for me and the region manager

WEBSTER YEmployees should be at the shop during the posted business hours. I did not sign up for the online pickup, as I had wanted to speak with someone upon pickup; however, that was not possible as the person had left. Granted, they were able to change my reservation and allow for me to pick up. I would recommend this location for someone who was interested in online pickup only.

Maria DThe guy doesn’t seem too friendly to me maybe it was my color of my skin he had me try to scan my license and I told him it could be my cellphone carrier it took me over 10 mins to try to get license scanned on my phone and then The guy sat there asked for my ID after he seen that I was having an issue, most people will just ask for your ID and not have a customer stand there 10mins or when I had my movers waiting for me which is being paid by the clock I came a bit early to pick up truck just so I won’t have no issues having my movers wait for me, well unfortunately I didn’t get the movers until 20 after 10 and even my movers stated that I shouldn’t of had to wait like I did for my issues with the ID scanner. As long as I used U-Haul at other locations I never had to scan my ID they ask for it and give it right back to the customer to verify your confirmation. There also was another older guy that didn’t speak just looked at me walked pass me he works there as well , there just not friendly at this this location. I will go elsewhere and I will not recommend my friends/Family here . I have the right to my opinion or what I feel I see , I notice if there was a non color customer come in the Guy that runs the business was all chatty with that customer. People still have that mentality to show racism in this world.

mohamed eLack of communication between the locations and incorrect inventory sent me to multiple locations. After receiving an a call from corporate, I was sent to another location that didn’t have the proper equipment attached for my request. Additionally, we were charged twice.
Rafael lThe location was supposed to open at 10am. I showed up a bit early and the open sign was lit. I walked up to the door (also during a rain storm) and it was locked. No one came until 1010. I realized after I picked up the truck it two large holes in the roof. During a rain storm. And a lose side mirror that got blown so much by the wind it was unusable. Turns out they knew the truck was damaged and gave it to me anyway. Was told they would give me a partial refund. Didn’t happen.
April SThe trailer was missing the wiring to connect to the tow vehicle and I had to go purchase a wiring harness kit for myself to be able to connect in the absence of proper cables.

Cory PI made an online reservation and arranged on online pickup because I needed to pick the truck up prior to their opening. I arrived to pick up the truck and went through the online pickup process. I was unable to complete it and had to call U-Haul. I was told that the truck had not been set up as a 24/7 pickup. As a result I lost 30min for which I had hired movers for. I complained to this location when I dropped the truck off. They seemed disinterested and couldn’t have cared less that they cost me time and money that morning. Offered no relief. On top of all of that the engine had a loud tapping noise in it and I wasn’t confident as to whether the truck was going to actually be able to complete my move. Horrible experience. If I could rate it less than zero I would.

Tracy SI booked a reservation for a different location and the day of moving they changed the location on me and I was so busy I didn’t check my email. A call or text would have been better then when i called to ask what was going on they cancelled my reservation at the this location so i had to start the whole process over again
David PThe gentleman who accepted the return was great, backed the trailer into the space for me and un-hitched it from my truck.
Anthony DDidn’t check the inside before leaving when I got to my location there was dry wall and dust everywhere. All I was hauling was 3 piece couch that was ruined due to the dust and dry walll. The guys that checked the truck when I got back we’re excellent and we’re reporting the issue to you guys

Robert WWe received the wrong size uhaul truck (15’ instead of 20’.) Also, the supplies we requested were not provided (no blankets or dolly.) It made our move complicated and difficult. I’ve had positive uhaul experiences before but this was disappointing and frustrating.

BRUCE DMy reservation was switched to another location, further from where I booked it. This caused me delays in my plans. Then when I finally arrived it took even longer to actually get the approval before I could acquire the keys. This experience was horrible!
Christopher RPerson did not know how to hook up trailer properly and it took a long time to complete the paperwork. He also could have alerted me to the text asking me to confirm the condition of the equipment prior to leaving. By the time I saw the text, the link had timed out.
