Attendant had me hooked up to a trailer and ready to go in less than twenty minutes and was friendly and courteous. Trailer performed well on the road and got my belongings home safe and dry.

When I picked up the rental, the owner was kind enough to upgrade us to a 20ft free, but the location looked iffy. I rented it from a corner lott and their "office" was a shed with no heat, no electricity, no water... if it hadn't been uhaul trucks I'd have thought for sure I was being scammed. The lady helping us was on something for sure, and they had to check in the truck I was originally assigned from a previous rental before they could even assign it to me. Their idea of cleaning it was using a blower to blow out the inside of the box and the drivers area both. Then, I was told to return the truck by close of business on the return date and that it was unlimited miles, but He asked me how many I though I'd drive as an estimate he needed, I told him probably about 400. He did not do a once over on the truck condition or review the mileage on the truck or go over any contracts with me. Once my return date came, I got a call and text from uhaul that my rental was due back by 9am, at that point it was 9:15 and I was 45 minutes away. The lady I spoke to when I called about the issue extended my time to 5pm with no issues when I told her that I was told it was due back by close of business, however, when I returned the truck a little after 5pm, she told me I owed $401 for extra miles! I told her it was supposed to be unlimited and she said no, it wasn't, that they ask how many we need, and anything after that is .99 cents PER mile! Now I understood why he asked an estimate.. Then she then asked if it was OK, obviously it wasn't but at that point I already used the truck and what am I gonna do? No means nothing at that point...I got the invoice in my email the next day, and it says I owe over $600! They charged me for an extra day and the miles and never told me anything! The invoice shows I was only given 173 miles! What in the heck, why bother even asking me how many I thought I'd drive, or tell me it was unlimited! Liars...Disgusting and I hate it.

Mileage I was charged for doesn’t seem right. Gas tank had 94 miles to empty, I filled it back when I got to 64 miles. Charged me for 81 miles

Owner Edward and Vincent are extremely professional Representatives at this location. I had called prior to going to this location to rent a 10 truck for 5 hours. I had booked the truck till next morning but finished the transfer from my home to the storage unit B4 4:30pm that day. I'm thankful, grateful and humbled that I was able to receive all my needs at hand. Edward went beyond the line of duty in explaining and answering all my questions. Keep up the good work! Keep it moving was awesome! If you have the chance, choose this place to help with your moving needs! I had to cancel my first reservation for an emergency but the owner was nice enough to assist with a bigger truck at no extra cost! Amazing service and easy to use.

No one was available at drop off… Call the telephone number and the Chanel said to leave the trailer there… Everything would be taken care of… And it was.

Uhaul website does nore work. It kept locking me out and delayed my moving schedule. On too of this, the customer service is not helpful at all. Wait time are super long. I would never recommend this headache to anyone. Expected better and was extremely disappointed!!

Shout out to Edward on this location he was amazing ! He made everything quick, simple, and easy :) I did the check in online and it made the process a lot easier. The prices were very affordable and we had a very smooth process getting the vehicle. Overall my boyfriend and I had a very positive experience we would highly recommend this place for a moving truck.
