Donna RWe had to call customer service for to help with checking u haul back in.no help at all,said this was his first time checking someone in,we top vehicle off with fuel and took pics of vehicles but wasn't able to send it on app,overall horrible experience and very time consuming.

Mary GFirst, be open on weekends. That would help A LOT. Secondly, have the truck filled with fuel and ready to go. Truck cab floor was covered with sunflower seeds, a deodorant can, playing cards, and some kind of sticky stuff that I had to clean up.

JOSEPH HThe dealer at this location showed bare minimum effort to make this an easy experience. Instead of giving me a refund while at the location he continually made me go through unnecessary obstacles and the wrong information. I would not suggest anyone to this location due to the lack of professionalism.

Preston MClean the rental before the next customer comes along. Make sure that , gas is always in each rental. Clean clean. And if not up to standard..do a prorate on the rental. Poor service, poor services.
Sharon MTotally a rip off charge me way too much. I moved from indianola to Greenwood I made 2 trips and they charged me an extra 22 for going over mileage. I even filled the gas tank back up, parked correctly. They are a rip off

Jamarques SKeys and Peeler opened 45 minutes early to get me going. U haul made my on line reservation for before they opened. They were great guys to get me out on time.
Kenneth DOur original reservation with Tomahawk Portable Buildings & Outdoor Products was a disaster. We reserved through 24/7 pickup and Tomahawk didn't even offer that service. And we were unable to contact them to sort out any resolution. No one has reached out to let me know what happened or to apologize for wasting several hours of my time. Very disappointing. Keys and Peeler Auto stepped in and stepped up even when they had nothing to do with the original reservation. They made sure we were able to get the truck in time to do all that we originally had planned. I will be devoting all of my business to Keys and Peeler in the future.
James CMister Coy was friendly, helpful and efficient. Good selection of trailers and trailer was in great shape and easy to pickup. This location did not have furniture pads though which i had reserved and needed.

Kenneth DI will not recommend this location for anyone this was my first time renting from U-Haul and I had a very bad experience Mr keys was very rude and when you tried to talk to him he got a attitude when he answered the phone he had an attitude and I think he needs to be put somewhere else because he's not a good person for the business because he was telling me a lot of stuff that was not true and when I tried to talk to him he just was cutting me off and was telling me he didn't know nothing about what was going on I need to call and talk to someone else and so I just got mad and just hung up the phone on him because his attitude is real bad I hate to give you all this ratings but he needs another job and him working for U-Haul with his attitude it's not good especially when you working with the public I've been working with the public for over 15 years and I don't think I would ever talk to anyone the way he was talking to me on the phone.

Timothy SMade reservation on-line, assumed truck would be available as scheduled. The DAY Before I'm called and said since no trucks are available within 50 miles my reservation is being cancelled!!! That is TERRIBLE customer service. I was moving and couldn't change anything. The on-line reservation gave no hint a truck wouldn't be waiting as scheduled. The customer service rep was very good and finally found me a rental 77 miles away! Not good but at least doable. So overall, the locations were very good but I would look at other companies before i use U-Haul again.
Ken WThis location was fine but uhaul as a company was terrible. My personal truck broke down on me on side of the road (motor locked up) and the only thing uhaul cared about was me bringing their trailer back to Greenwood. They told me that if i didn’t bring their trailer back i would be charged $598 for abandoning it. I was 60 miles from San Antonio TX. That is what i was told After calling Jackson, Ms. Who overseas greenwood locations. I ended up having to rent a uhaul truck for another $514 just to pull their trailer back to Greenwood. (My friend offered to bring me back in his lil car for free). I can’t even tell how bad of experience i had using this company. I help people move all the time and very often rented some type of equipment from uhaul but I’ve found out that This company cares nothing about its customers and i will never be using them again. I will not recommend anyone to use them. From now on I’ll be driving 30 miles to rent from Penske and I’ll be suggesting it to everyone i come in contact with. Uhaul sucks......

THEOEDORE RI tried for 2 hours to make my reservation online. Impossible! Between finding a location to pick up a cargo trailer (2 hours away) close to where I needed it at the time I needed it was very difficult!!! Finally had to call. On hold WAY too long!!!! The drop off location was not open until 9:30 am. Someone was standing there waiting for it. Thought I'd buy the 6 pack of blankets we rented but did not use. The drop off location told me to call the 1-800#. They told me to ask the owner at the drop off location!!!!!! Eeerrrr!!!! I called the 1-800# and they could not give me an answer either. So there was a sale lost. I have used Uhaul 3 times in the last 3 years. Seems to be more difficult now! The pickup location in Memphis was superb!!! Clean, fresh, full of supplies. It was wonderful to deal with!!! I would use them again!!!!
