ARLYS EThe cab was dirty, an unfinished bag of popcorn was on the floor as was an empty plastic bottle of green tea. Not exactly instilling confidence in the U-Haul experience.

KENT Lcheck engine light was on, vehicle wasn't cleaned out. No walk around or link sent for existing damages. Manager told me I could not rent this truck without the Safemove unless I was a corporation. Total scam. I want my $84 refunded.

Michael BDidn't go inside. I returned the rental early and was extremely aggravated that a highly rated and customer focused company that U-Haul proports themselves to be does not have any refund policy for early returns. If there was another option available, I WOULD use them just because of this predatory practice.

Sam HCalling actual location to reserve and the experience onsite was great. The confirmation call from U-Haul @ 913.800.4356 after I reserved it was annoying. Was very arrogant when they called to state that there was a really good chance that the trailer I literally just reserved was not going to be available and may need to divert pickup from an alternate location. I reason I chose the pickup location that I did is because they ALWAYS have a minimum of 3 trailers on the lot at all times and is not a company location where they will pull your reservation. I understand the reasoning of the call but you do not need to be so cocky, arrogant and matter of fact when you do not know for sure what you are talking about
