I love U-Haul trailers. Robust, galvanized and with well-thought-out features. Kokanee Marina was excellent to deal with.

Staff at this location appeared to be frustrated with your system and was dealing with another client on her laptop and had no time to assist me with the drop off.

Have phone signal or wifi where you have your location so the customer can actually check the kms and do their own fucking check in instead of getting fucked over and overcharged by someone in a random gas station who doesn't even know how to work the system

You can fix your software. Those poor people struggled so hard to help me with the worst software I've ever seen. A billion dollar company using the cheapest program available. Shame on you chintzy operators.

I've used UHaul many times before ut my experience at Kokanee Marina was probably the best. Very knowledgable and friendly staff. Seamless experience. Highly recommended.

The truck I reserved did not have winter tires. Only a week after making a reservation was I notified of this. With warning I wouod need to supply myself with chains to use when need which i feel would have been hazardous in harsh winter conditions.. luckily it was raining rather than snowing. I was not provided with proper sizing of the tires so the size of chain I had purchased one fit trucks that were 20 ft or shorter. The extra expense should have been clear ro me before making the reservation. I do not think that any truck should be available to rent in the winter months without winter tires, and if it is within the law to do so with chains, that information should be provided before making the reservation!
