The store appeared to be dirty & disorganized, however, the people where very friendly and helpful. All of the newer trailers use cables and S-hooks instead of chains. The problem is, the new S-hooks are all LARGE and will not fit on my Atlas (which came with the towing package - not an aftermarket). They helped with with finding a solution - which I very much appreciated. PLEASE - keep some of the older chain connectors on trailers or else use smaller S-hooks. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue and it makes it extremely difficult to rent a trailer!
Kim Athe lady at the desk did not know how to finisg setting up my tental. she had to call her son who is the manager and have him guide her through the process. I was there almost 2 hours waiting. I was not toke I had to set up the tow for my car. I had never sone this before so I had to wait for someone to guide me along.

Cameron SWas suppose to get my deposit back didn’t was in contact with the U-Haul rental the entire time never said anything about a time limit then says there is an after hour fee of 20 dollars I told him that we got off work at 4 pm and I’d have it back by 6 which I did had him on the phone he wasn’t in the area so he said he would check it in the following day which I didn’t understand that’s why I took pictures

Sharla KFirst of all, no public restroom, and we had just driven 8 hours, with the last stop 2 hours before we picked up the trailer. The guy was not friendly. His main "business" is a secondhand shop and we had to wait a good ten minutes for him to unload stuff that he had stored in the trailer before we got the trailer hooked up and could go up the street to a bathroom. Several miles later, we had to pull to the side of the road and fix the chains from dragging.
Michael DI am very unsatisfied with my U-Haul experience because I picked up my U-Haul on time and immediately the vehicle was running in poor condition trying to accelerate made the RPMs shoot up to extremely high levels on top of that I checked in my U-Haul at my designated time, and no one was at my location Then the next morning at 10 AM I receive a text message from you guys stating that my equipment was not turned in on time and that you would be charging me a late fee even though it was checked in on time hours prior to your text message as well as you guys took the full $160 out of my account and I still have not received the refund I have reached out to your customer service And I was told that it would be loaded back onto my card even though you guys were not entitled to that money that you took out of my account. I hope that you guys can improve your services
Halie LThe drop off location was lost on our reservation. They remembered me going in to make it so they accepted the equipment. Your dealers are awesome, but your reservation system needs MAJOR work!!! You should be ABLE to select your closest pick up point and drop off point. It should be on U-haul to get the needed equipment to the dealers. A company store should NEVER run out of equipment. Equipment should have a tag on it if it is reserved so that way associates know not to rent that out so a person that has a reservation isn't inconvenienced!!! A BIG THANK YOU to the dealers that made this a successful move.

DANNY VThe cables on the back door was broke and we like to never got the door open it taken 3 of us to get it open. then after we got it open and loaded we like to never got it closed. At 6AM could not get any help from U Haul.
