They rented the U-Haul I reserved so I had to go to a different location while I had movers waiting. When I got to the next location the guy didn’t have a clue what he was doing and was on call with someone else trying to firgure it out. When I returned the U-Haul I was charged later for major fuel consumption when the gas gauge barely changed so I had to go back the next day to get charges refunded among all the stress of moving it sucks to deal with this.

The person doing reservation for us had someone face time him to walk him through how to do our reservation. It took them 30 minutes just to add the drivers license in. I asked at end if I needed to pay now he said no. After checked my account they took out 200 dollars more than I was told . Plus they changed my drop off location for truck and guy didn't even tell me that. I got a message from uhual about that thankfully so I knew where to return truck. The guy was also only person working in store so every time someone bought something he would have to leave us and go cash them out. It took an hour and a half to do reservation when I had already started it on line. All he had to do was add 2nd driver and give us keys. He didn't even take us to truck he just handed us keys and said it's in back. Match serial numbers and look for an email for next steps. Would not recommend this location to my worse enemy
