It’s strange that you pay per day on a U-Haul but then it has to be returned in a certain timeframe. What’s the point of paying a flat rate for an entire day if you don’t actually have it the whole day? Maybe charge by the hour if that’s the case. I couldn’t believe how many phone calls and emails I had because I returned it at 4 pm.

Everything went smoothly, it was easy to reserve last minute, extending unexpectedly was smooth and easy. I was able to say hello to a few two legged and four legged visitors which was pleasant. Drop off was a breeze and I received a final receipt shortly thereafter. Customer service was friendly and attentive to my needs.

The animal smell in the office was very strong! The phone # was entered wrong, I had to call customer service to get things fixed.

So nice to see the pets! An extra reminder to use my phone to photo the truck and check gas level and mileage before rolling out might have helped, but it all went great. Super smooth experience.

I turned in the truck 30 minutes prior to the time it was supposed to be back and still got charged a extra day I am not happy with the U-haul/Lincoln City feed. 5 of my. Friends have also been charged the next for a day when they returned it a day early.

I dropped off the truck before they opened on Saturday. It’s just not an overall welcoming place. Used cars for sale on the lot, and not enough space to park the truck.

stop lying about the charges and give us equipment that doesn't leak like a sieve in the rain. It's soaked through protected artwork, cardboard boxes, picture frames, and more from many various access points inside the truck. How about a store that opens on time and has employees that know what they're doing? That would be a great help. This was a super failure worst move we've ever done with U-Haul.

This place was filthy and the stench of cat litter box and animal feces made it impossible to stand in the store for any length of time. The lady behind the counter was so incredibly rude and unfriendly, the worst customer service I have ever had. I will never recommend this place or getting a U-Haul in Lincoln City from this location .

The truck was pretty dirty when we got it and had the check engine light on. I was also charged for 5 gallons of gas when I only drove 23 miles in it. What should’ve been a very cheap, couple hour trip turned into a $78 day. I’ll be much more aware of the gas/miles next time and fill it up myself. Otherwise, not a bad experience! :)
