nothing specific to the rental pick up location. but perhaps, a way to everyone to feel like they have to worry less. in the pickup, they took photo of driver, and licence. thats fine. but should also add ability to add photo of truck, as well as equipment rented, as well as the return. less chance to have a dispute of damage, and those who caused no damage and return everything, can have proof of it as well. Thanks

Not only the equipment was full of garbage, stings and dirty, the manager from Mar Convenient was rude at me placing a call asking me why did I extended the rental when they had other client waiting for the truck, he called me 3 times during the day just to be annoy, he must be glad I was busy doing my moving because he make me angry

Ali did a great job of registering me on the U haul system. Took abiut 30 minutes in all, but next rental will save time as I'm already registered in the system. Great affordable price and also availability of the equipment when I needed it at the last minute., great job. Will definitely use you again and definitely recommend if anybody else needs to rent U-Haul 13 foot truck with ramp.

THE U HAUL SIGN, needs to be much bigger. It was late at night and we had a hard time finding this location, and the location of the drop box. Otherwise a good experience. I Called the location when we got there but no answer. Thank you
