I paid for my rental at a certain time. I had helpers to load the trailer that I rented. However I was blocked in by another customer. The employees of U-Haul asked me to wait, it would only take 10 minutes. This wasn’t true an hour later I was still waiting. I expressed to the U - Haul employees that I had people waiting on me. They continue to service the vehicle blocking me in. I called U-Haul the rep gave me the managers numbers for me to contact him, not for him to contact me. I called him with no answer. I never received a call back. Also the staff told me I could drop the trailer off anywhere. I received a text giving me a location I wasn’t close to. When I called U-Haul I was told I would be charged an additional if I dropped the trailer at another location. I would like a refund for my helpers that left. I had to load my trailer with the help of the Public Storage employee and her fiancé. This is completely unacceptable. This location didn’t adjust the time I was blocked in by their customers. They made money from me and the customers. What type of businesses does U-Haul allow to lease their equipment? I would like to speak with a regional manager or a district manager regarding my issues with this location. I look forward to hearing from you.

Arturo RI was over charged almost 100 dollars when I was told the milage was 1.13 I was charged almost 300 dollars and they refuse to tell me how they received the break down. They are not a real U-Haul company it's a mechanic shop with one or two U-Haul trucks..

Chris FSend dealer to customer service training. The man was very rude from the start. The truck was dirty. Fuel on 1/4 tank. Upon returning truck, I entered business, waited for help. A lady approached me, asked for key then said "you're good" I got it. She repeated "you're good". No one went to check truck or even miles.

Owner asked 1000 questions. Like he didn't see the reservation online. Owner charged me 25.00 for an adapter because he say the one on the truck was incorrect.The U-haul business need to be separate from the mechanic shop.

TOMMY MReservation was for 8am but Moe didn’t show up until 8:30 and apparently he was only 1 who could do it. Got back to apartment to start loading and it was raining and the trailer leaked. Called for help and was told they would send someone to fix. That person called and said there was nothing they could do.
Letitia SIt rained on Monday after I rented the 17 Ft. U haul Truck around 11:00 a.m. . There was a small opening on the top of the truck and the water from the rain dripped inside the truck at the very top of the U haul where 4 of my large photos were damaged by the rain. The transmission in the truck was also slipping which cause it to jerk very hard when it finally shifted.
