Everything was great but it would be nice if all of the rental vehicles were located on site and not at the remote lot. Your Representative told me they are moving to a new location soon that will correct this issue.

RAYMOND SDue to the Office and the parking lot where the trailers were parked, the App kept telling me that I was in the wrong area. The App would not allow me to sign-in and it never worked for me.

BRIAN MI needed a truck late on a Sunday and the office was closed however the self move option was a lifesaver...I spoke with a representative who guided me through the phone process which literally only took minutes . MOST CONVENIENT OPTION EVER!!!

KARESE WManager was very rude and very unpolite,did not explain the charges on my card when ask,he ingnore my question s was speaking to me with a loud voice for what was a simple question, upon renting and returning was not courteous at all.didn’t treat me as a valid customer , I was even over charge , will not rent from this location again nor would I recommend anyone to go there including our veterans as myself.

BROOK JPaul and his crew were AWESOME! I would recommend them to anyone for their rental equipment needs (10 of 10).
Larry RI did suffer a blowout flat with the right tire on the trailer. However, the roadside assistance was great, and I was on my way again in an hours' time.
Rev JIm not sure what the difference is but at this location I only had the uhaul for 4 hours and I paid the same amount that I have for a 24 hour rental.
