When I got there, they had no idea I was coming. The guy at the desk made me talk to someone on his cell phone three separate times. I confirmed my information, but then he said "sorry sir this is already rented I must call my manager." I then gave my phone number and waited. He called back on the worker's phone, who handed it to me again. Then went through and tried to rebook the U-Haul, despite me having a confirmation and booking number. He then had to hang up and call again because he was trying to overcharge me for an approved contract already. He was trying to charge me $217, even though my booking confirmation said $147. Eventually, it got approved. Then he called the guy back who gave me the keys. It was very weird that the person I had to deal with wasn't even on premises, and I had to speak to him through a worker's PERSONAL CELL PHONE. The whole interaction took 25 minutes, when it could have just taken 5.
