They contacted their manager and dealt with the situation completely professionally and ethically to ensure we were taken care of as well as the next person to pick up the equipment wasn’t getting screwed over because of the mistakes and recommendations by the GM at the Calgary location.

STUART EEveryone there was warm, friendly, humourous, and very helpful. It was a wonderful experience all around, especially considering we had never hooked up a trailer before. Highly recommend them for U-Haul pickup and we will be going back for work on our vehicles as the atmosphere was so positive, clean, and inviting!
Karen TGive me my deposit back for a better review. I've been waiting 5 fucking day's and have not received my fucking $75 deposit back. It should have been back the same day. Super inconvenient made me drive 1 hours 80k away for a trailer instead of a location close to me. Most definitely the poorest service ever will most likely never use u-hual ever again.
JOHN ELocation and people were great. My problem was the by oral run around from your scheduling dept. Didn’t get a 20’ that I reserved a month ahead. Had to take a 15’. And wanted to do one way, not return it across another ferry at $200 more cost

lisa fStaff went way beyond what was needed to assist when my fuel pump.went as I off loaded the loaded trailer for safe storage while I looked at a vacant apartment. Even rented me a 10 ft truck so I could move my stuff from trailer to truck and leave my Durango in property with security

Andrew CStill had another full day before my return time and getting calls hassling me when I can bring it back for another customer, then I returned it a day early after talking to customer service about all this and I got a call about refunding and the guy high pressure sales hagels me into a lowball settlement. So overall definitely not satisfied with my experience I'm sure you can figure out how to make the next person not go through this.

BRIAN MThe location was convenient for where it was required for the pick up of material that was being transferred, they had what I needed but not many rental units available at that time most likely to the location. The service & support was very good and the rep was very knowledgeable.

Sergio YEvery time I pick up, the price is different than the reservation. Always. Then a few annoying phone calls, etc. to sort it out. Always a horrible experience. U-Haul needs to sort this issue out. The dealer was great.

Jason WThe people at the pick up location were nice BUT Not the truck size I requested, not the location I requested, and not even close to the location requested (over an hour away). I guess it’s better than the original pick up location I was given which was 5 hours away (wtf?!). Had to leave furniture behind because it would not fit in the smaller truck I was given, and given how far the move was, I wouldn’t have been able to go back for it so it went to the dump. Would have never booked with uhaul had I known how poor the service was. To add insult to injury, was charged over $80 for less than 1/4 tank of gas. 0/10.
Chris FThe location is in a dark area. Facility had good lighting around it but once in the truck I couldn’t even see where to put the key, my cell phone was almost dead at that point too so unable to Use the flashlight. The app was terrible, it wouldn’t allow me to scan my license and it took me over 30 minutes on the phone to customer services to retrieve the lock code. This wasn’t the facility issue though. The truck was in great condition.

Karen FTrailer was left unlocked from the ball. Informed the rep that it did damage to the vehicle. They brushed it off and said it was attached when it left.
