24/7 access is very convenient. The only complaint I have is the lock on the box holding the key was very difficult to open. Maybe something rust & weather proof would be more user friendly.
Karen FWe dropped off after hours. One complaint I would have is - We had a one way drop off. I had a specific drop off location picked out, U-Haul said they needed it at a different location farther away. Fine, they gave me more miles, but then get a text in the middle of the move and U-haul moved the location again and it was even further away. Then when I checked the truck back in on the app, it said I went over my miles. It was only a few miles, but still…I was charged for it

Jasilyn CIt took nearly an hour to go through the check in process. Absolutely ridiculous!! I was so frustrated by the end of it because the app didn’t work right, I had trouble with the lock, the person inside was zero help, and I had to redo the steps three times.
MATTHEW SCould not access my location on my phone via the app at drop off time so therefore got charged full price instead of only for the miles drive.
Zachary TThe only problem I had was when I went to pick up the van. I tried to pick up using my phone, I was logged into my UHaul account and had location services on, however I kept getting an error that said "location blocked". I even tried logging out and logging back in and still this would not work. I called the UHaul phone number and a contact rep released the van to me that way.
Evan CWhen we arrived to pick up, no one was there. We had to have the guy next door figure out how to get us on the road and it was just lousy customer service and honestly we should have been offered a discount for the error on their part!

Brandy MScheduled my pick up at a different location not the location I made reservation 3 weeks prior. The truck had a temporary paper tag with expiration date removed. The dealer is upset with the Uhaul business and is quitting in October My father was a dealer years ago and I cannot believe how the service has changed. Hope this is my last move with Uhaul.
