PAT CThe 10 ft truck I was given had its engine check light on. It is very important that the equipment is in properly maintained shape. The loading area of the truck at the back was not clean and had to be swept clean.

john lThe personnel we dealt with was fantastic, BUT the company and app as a whole was a disaster!!! The app stated we could check in at 11, to which we were there for, yet the business did not open till 12:30. We had to wait 2 hours just to get keys because the information was not correct in their system, had to check every uhaul on the lot for a dolly to which we still did not receive the correct one. Once again, the personnel was great ( NOT Rick) but this was a stressful disaster and what some form of compensation to our bill.

Donald MMy key was in lock box number one and I had great difficulty getting the padlock open to retrieve the key. A friend had to come and help, and he messed around with it for a while to get it open. I also paid for moving blankets but none were supplied.

ANTHONY LAll business transactions from this retailer was absolutely pleasant and fast responsiveness. The only thing that use improving is the key lock box. My goodness we had a hard time getting the key to the truck out of the box due to it being jammed against the door. Seems as though the box needs to be a little bigger. Excellent vehicle!!! 😃

Harley DThe App was not giving accurate the number for the truck. The keys were for a different truck. It turns out the truck we were originally assigned came back in bad shape. It was really nice that they switched the truck, but the app should have synced up with the change. Instead I had to wait 20 minutes for that to get cleared up. There were huge gouges in the side of the truck we did get, but the App did not ask for us to load that documentation. Then when we went to drop it back off, the app froze midway through the documentation of the condition the truck was being returned in. When I refreshed the app it said I had already checked back in even though it was incomplete documentation.
James SThe employee they had running the location had no access to anything uhaul. Took almost an hour to pick up a trailer. Reason being was she had to take pictures of my license with her personal cell phone along with other things and text them to somebody else to process. Then we waited another 20 minutes just for pictures of the trailer hooked up. The lady was very nice but this location is a shit show. She had no access to reservations. Had to text somebody to let them know I was there. Then didn't even know what I was picking up. I was informed by uhaul when I scheduled they would give me drop off location. Yet again neither the lady nor the person she was texting had any clue. I've never had a reservation take so long and have so much disorganization. Will not pick up anything from this location ever again. If I use uhaul ever again I would rather drive an extra 30 minutes.
kate dThe people were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is for U-Haul in general. When I click on the link to view the receipt, it is really, really small. I could not read it on my phone and it was hard to read on the computer. If U-Haul could make the receipt larger, or give you the ability to enlarge that screen more easily, it would help. That was my only suggestion. The service, truck and everything was super. Thanks!

Blake DPatrick was great during a chaotic college move-out weekend. Helped us make a change to reservation and was pleasant and helpful with hookups, etc! Would recommend.
Douglas BI rented the 6x12 cargo trailer. Placing the tongue of the trailer onto the hitch ball is no easy task alone. The trick however is to attach the one chain to the tongue and use it more easily lift it onto to ball while directly straddling it.

Bryan CThe hours posted online were not accurate, so I ended up dropping off after hours….something I wanted to avoid. If the U-Haul app worked, it would have been brilliant. Because it did not AND it was “after hours” , it took me 45 minutes to return the dolly. This was frustrating.
Mark IThe location and Rick are fantastic. My issues are with the Uhaul website trying to sell me things every time I turn around and the return process via phone. I understand that you want your equipment well maintained. As it well should be. But after a full day of moving, the last thing customers are going to do are take pictures of the truck at zero dark thirty. I know I didn’t damage anything and that I swept it out. A picture confirming what the owner of the location will see in mere hours is repetitive and senseless.

Robert SBest u-haul experience I’ve ever had and my company uses u-haul 70 to 90 times per year and this was the first experience at this location and after talking with the owner and the customer service he provided I will use this location and only this location forever my company has used many different locations/companies for rental equipment and this location surpassed any expectations that even u-haul could ask for. As for honesty I tried to hire the owner of this location to work for me but apparently he has some loyalty with you guys because he didn’t take the job offer I offered him but I will be offering more not giving up on getting good employees and you guys have a damn good one with Rick
