Absolutely nothing! I fell behind on my pick up time and Justin sprung into action. He was very helpful from start to finish, and available anytime he was needed! He went above and beyond.

The car was clean there was just a little dust on the driver's side but that's pretty normal I really don't care about that but it was completely fine before we left the car we cleaned it and dropped it off completely clean the service was great and I would come again if I needed a U-Haul
