Key was jammed in key box. Couldn’t get the box opened. Shredded my thumb getting the key out and bled all over the place. Oh and the combo lock on it is finicky as heck. The app is a joke. Kept logging me out. When I was able to log in it would say to go to the counter for service. The uhaul counter at this site is a telephone pole! There is no service at this site. It logged me out before completing the contract and again when trying to turn in the truck. And the app had the wrong mileage for the truck. It asks for pics but can’t read the odometer in the pic. Again tells you to go to the pole for service. Had to work around its bugs to complete anything. Wouldn’t do it again. But the truck was nice and new and clean.

We left the truck behind another truck on Sunday night, our drop off wasn’t til Monday morning so we took the key bc we couldn’t find the drop box and just figured we would check it in Monday morning! At 8am I began receiving phone calls from S and J Heating so I called my girlfriend to take care of it bc I was at work. The lady at S and J was very rude and threatened to have it towed bc it was in a fire lane but there was absolutely NO markings saying it was a fire lane and it was behind another U-Haul!! Also we paid a $100 deposit in cash and were told it would be returned when we checked the truck in then when my gf checked the truck in she was told by S and J she had to get that from the el Reno location!!! I will be calling S and J first thing in the morning and giving them a piece of my mind!! They were very rude and between them and u haul corporation I received 5 or 6 phone calls while I was at work even after my gf called them immediately! Also the truck was the worst ride I’ve ever had, does not drive like a van!! Overall experience on a scale from 1 - 10 my experience was a - 5! I will never use U-Haul again

I am not cpmputer literate and have trouble everytime I get on to log into something. Your app had me sitting in a hot car for over an hour in 103*, trying to get the app to work. It ended up cancelling me, and I had to reschedule for the next morning, when open

Rented here one other time and the lack of service was terrible. Only place to drop off and pick up UHaul in my town. When I booked on-line (easy), I called to discuss rental, they couldn’t even tell me if they would be open. Place is dark, normally you have to call someone to come meet you at S and J because they stay at home. No assistance in disconnecting the trailer, didn't even get out of their chair, just told me to disconnect and drop it. No offer of assistance (I’m 70 years old), to move the trailer by hand. So they watched my wife and i lift the tongue and try to roll it. No inspection. . Even though this place is a local business, I’ll drive 30 miles further to I rent from someone else.

The turn signals were not working when we connected it to a hitch. We took it to a location in Edmond to get fixed, but their electrician was not there. We got a new truck and had to move everything ourselves out of the old truck. We originally had movers pack that truck.

Uhaul App worst I’ve ever used. 3hrs to pick up uhaul. Between three phone support calls and non working lockboxes or App nor user friendly at all. I deleted it. Until you fix app.
