Paul PIt was unclear where to drop the keys off since the drop location was in an Elks Lodge parking lot. It would have been helpful for the drop instructions to indicate the key should be returned to the glass shop in the shopping center next door.

Luis MSigning in online was kind of a pain. It took me 45 minutes. It took me all the way to the beginning when I had to just go back one page. It was hard to take the pictures and upload them because it kept going to the beginning. If you don't have good reception where you're picking your truck up, it's kind of a pain in the butt. But the return was much better and easier

AUSTIN TWe paid for a furniture dolly and a hand truck dolly and neither were in the truck. Because it was a pick up location only there was no one to speak with. It made the move extremely difficult and took a lot longer. We did call and receive a refund on the two dolly's, however, I do think there should have been additional compensation, such as no charge for milage or a percentage off discount. A refund on the dollys does not equal the trouble it put us through not having them.

Rosalind MThe personal service at the location was excellent. But, the truck had so many bugs on the front and windshield, I couldn’t check the windshield for chips. The website was a horrible experience, one star.
David MDuring the move the Breaks became a concern during the trip it seems they may need to be worked on. I had to press very hard on the breaks to get it to even start slowing down.

Steve ANo idea why I input all my for the reservation as all the info I input was asked again. What a pain in the ass, then even though iI was on the website the return locations did not match what he could see. We were impressed by the equipment overall, especially after honing in on the breaking system very safe and enjoyable to drive.
David RSC Glass is a great place to rent from. The trucks are always clean. The staff is always accessible and they always make the process easy.
Jason BI had a 26’ truck and load/unload movers scheduled for a later week. I went in person and also rented a 15’ truck for the next day. Apparently, the same reservation number was used for both reservations. When I turned in the 15’ truck, my 26’ truck was also removed. Now I’ve got movers at both ends without a truck. I called. They created a new 26’ truck reservation, but my existing movers still don’t show up. My reservation is a mess.

GINGER CWhat an incredible experience we had. We were told on July 12th we needed to move. We were given until the 31st to move out, we were given until August 31st, but that would have meant paying $2400 rent at the old place, pay $2800 at the new place plus an additional $3000 security deposit; in a nutshell a ridiculous request, so we went with the ladder decision which was to be out by the 31st of July, just made more sense both logistically, and financially. The gentleman that helped us out was Jonny on the spot with the responses to the questions posed; in short he was amazing. If and when we move again, we will for sure use this location.

Tyler WTrailer was sent out with a bad tire. Experienced bad vibration at speed 60 mph. Pulled into Santa Fe on a Sunday afternoon at a U-Haul facility and the guys there examined my tires and agreed that there was a suspect tire, they quickly changed the tire and we were on our way vibration gone. Totally satisfied with their service.

Steve MWe scheduled our pick up time for 10am, but when we arrived they weren’t open and several customers were waiting. Someone finally showed up around 10:30 and when it was finally our turn we had to wait an extra 20 minutes due to them have to switch around the uhauls. Didn’t end up getting in the truck until around 11 which delayed our entire move.
Peter TReservation was for 10 AM. There was noone at the store, so we called the telephone number listed and was told someone would be there in a few minutes. Someone finally showed at 10:22 and was given a box van with an 1/8 tank of gas.
Al SGot charged extra for fuel. Gassed up truck prior to returning it but still got charged. Odometer said 177 miles until empty when I received it. Returned it showing over 210 miles to empty
James HThe app would not connect to network to return properly so we followed the directions given to return it without service and then were promptly called numerous times about not returning the equipment before checking the parking lot and key return at SC Glass. Annoying.

The vendor was very professional and accommodating, actually going out of their way to help me. Their kindness and patience was truly noted and I definitely will be renting from them in the near future to move into my new home. I will also recommend to family friends and colleagues!

Vincent TNo one was there to answer the door, left a piece of paper with a number to call. Called the number multiple times, and no one answered and the voicemail box wasn’t set up. Finally ended up calling U-Haul corporate, and thirty minutes later some guy called me back after he saw multiple missed calls. Definitely not impressed with this location or the customer service or ease of return.
