I rented it on Friday at 5pm and when I went to use it on sat at noon it would not start so I paid for something that I didn’t even use plus the location was 5 miles from my house so that is what I paid for

Donna BThe uhaul.com/share website changed all my information as renter to my alternate phone person's information, causing issues completing the pickup. They normally closed location owner had to come up to the location to assist in pickup completion. All in all this issue caused a 2-hour delay in leaving with the truck. Thank goodness the location owner was willing to come up and assist.
Isaac MI had a great experience with this UHaul location! Make sure you take photos of both the Gas and Mileage indicators before departure in truck and upon return. Also, photos of both the inside of the cab's interior and the back of trailer to show you filled it back up with gas and you cleaned it before you returned it. Especially, if you're dropping it off after hours. Also, a photo(s) of the truck showing where you parked it and to show NO damages to it. You'll need to have those photos later for UHaul. Be safe on the road!
Rebecca WWe had to pick up on Saturday and had complications with getting the key code. I called the store and the get to answered letting me know he is closed and what I needed to do to get the key code. Within a few minutes he came up to us in parking lot and opened up so he could take care of us and have us on our way. I appreciated his kindness and being professional

Chris Rlifting the trailer onto and off the truck hitch was tough for a scrawny fella like me. I have a big truck but little arms. that trailer is heavy to lift off the ground and then off the ball when dropping. but I got it.

SONNY CEither charge mileage or a rental fee... not both. I pay $30 just to sit in the parking lot and look at it for a day. Then, I have to pay $.99 a mile and replace the gas I use. It's enough to make me go out and buy my own truck. It would be cheaper.

Rick SThey were closed on a Wednesday afternoon. It was around 2:30p.m. when I dropped the trailer off. I was able to contact the owner on the phone and he did get the trailer checked in within a couple of hours.
