Nic Morris is a pleasure to deal with. I rented a 6x12 trailer to transport a utility tractor. Since the opening onto the trailer is actually less than 6’, I had to bring it back and exchange it for a car transporter. I apologized to Nic, but he said “no problem” and transferred me over to a car hauler with no hassle whatsoever. The car hauler worked perfectly for the job with no problems at all. Nic was very gracious to do that for me without any added expense. You don’t see service like that much anymore. In the future, whenever I need to rent a truck or trailer, Nic is my man and I will have no problem recommending his services to my friends or family .

Approached by a vagrant from the seedy motel next door asking my wife for money and the felling her to give him her credit card. Business was closed on Sunday so personnel rating doesn’t apply. Nothing to do with location, but app pictures continued to make me retake satisfactory pics on sunny day with perfectly fine submissions. Was a pain, frustrating and a delay. Not recommending app check in.

This location was good. I reserved a 26 foot truck and to the first location to learn there were no 26 foot truck anywhere. Had to get a 20 foot truck and a 5x8 trailer. Had to leave some of our stuff because it would not fit.

I did a self drop off. So theee was no one there. The online check-in was a little confusing because I thought I was checking the tow dolly and the truck separately, so I didn’t write about the problems with the truck we had I thought I was still on the dolly portion. Anyway, it seemed a little scary to leave a trailer out there in the open to be so easily stolen. So we left it connected to the truck just to make it harder!

For non local people, this drop off is easy to leave equipment because you have a huge yard to park, so your backing skills don't have to be the best. My wish is for more lighting for dusk to dawn drops because you are in a large unfenced yard taking several photos and not concentrating on the dark areas...daytime drops are very easy and convenient.

It's seemingly self service...which is ok. Were the personnel helpful? I selected Yes (not to be negative) because I never saw anyone. U-Haul needs to add Self Service as an option instead of of just Yes/No. Using the U-Haul app I was able to check in my truck and transporter on separate days...easy parking of equipment
