I was charged for 3 days after returning the trailer after one day. Over took two additional days to check in the trailer after I returned it and I was charged for his delay.

Dan DIt’s a run down weed smokers shop with some strange characters hanging around. Lockbox was missing so I had to wait for the shop to open and couldn’t start on time.
MICHAEL AI made my reservation almost a week before I needed the truck, I reserved a 10' truck. When I showed up at the initial location, I was told that there was no 10' truck there. The man there sent me to a different location and met me there. He said the Uhaul system had been down all day, so the 10' truck he thought was at the second location also wasn't there. He was helpful and understanding and ended up getting me a 15' truck for the price of a 10'. Overall, the individual was helpful, but Uhaul fell short of guaranteeing the reservation I'd made, and then it took even longer to get the 15' truck as he had to input my information manually and call Visa to verify the purchase. Again, he did what he could, but it was a frustrating and longer process for both of us because Uhaul's system failed and nothing had been communicated to me before I arrived.
