This location can avoid to charge things that the customer did not ask for. I did not ask for the SafeMove option and I was still charged for it and it was a $15.00 charge to my bill. They should ask the customer first before adding it to the bill because it is an optional service. I made my reservation before arriving to the location and I was still charged for this when I did not select it.
Felix NThe whole process was frustrating I reserved the truck online believing the location was open but it was closed, then I was told to download the app to get access to the truck which I did, and that was confusing so I called customer service they said they would send me to someone to help me through the process, I was on hold for 15 minutes and when someone finally answered they hung up on me. We were on a timeline, and this wasted alot of my time. I finally got the location about 2 miles away, and the live person helped me out tremendously. I would like to thank the gentleman at the other 2290 Delsea dr Vineland NJ store for helping me he pulled my reservation and told me how to access the truck. But I still had to drive back to the other location to pick up the truck, which made me late. Nevertheless the system sucks!!! I never heard of a Uhaul not being open on the weekend! That's when most people need them. The only saving grace in this whole matter was the nice person at the open store.

Georgeline NRude customer service, dirty equipment with damage. I reserved online and arrived onsite, followed the instructions on the app. It asked me to go inside the facility where I was supposed to show the barcode and receive the key. The gentleman at the counter did not look up and said “what do you need” I said I have a barcode for the pick up and he says “name” after i gave the name he says “we cancelled” your reservation and i said no, it’s been completed via the app see this barcode and now said I was at the wrong location so his co worker came out and said why does it matter do you want a rental or not? I was shocked at the interaction between these two young men who were clearly not happy to interact with a customer.

Juluis LMy U-Haul only had a 1/4 tank of gas and then I was not informed by anyone that I had to bring it back again with a 1/4 tank it only said it on the paper work in small lettering. And I was charged not one but two fees for not being it back with that much gas

Stuart DI love this service because they went over and beyond. They were patient and they handled my items with care. I would definitely recommend this moving company to my friends and family.
