Everything went good with the van rental. The office employee was very nice and helpful. There was a slight musty odor inside the van, originally, but with windows down to air it out and a spray bottle of Lysol, the odor did not linger and went away eventually.

yusupov iThis time the van was good. Bit I feel like the rental before this one was a disaster. Doors Broken. Would not stay locked the van was very dirty and nasty. I had to clean and sweep it out. I talked to uhaul and the staff at the location. I feel that iam agood customer of uhaul. I rent often. I feel like what I went through with the last van should have gave me credit towards this rental. But it didn't. So I guess it didn't matter to uhaul.

Glennward WThe Staff at the location at Franklin Mills were professional and PLEASANT ! I did question that the tire indicator light was on, I had seen another review where someone was complaining about that. When I asked it was explained to me that it had been serviced, that there was no problem, the vehicle was safe and that they were trying to determine the cause. I assume they are busy and the vehicle is in use often so that was understandable. All you have to do is ask. If I need to rent a U-Haul again I will certainly be back .

Erin MVan was dirty inside during these times they should still be sanitized . There was some sort of crumbled sheet rock all inside cabin. Tire light was on windshield was cracked.
Shirley CWe had to call U-Haul in order to get into the facility to get the truck. This facility has no one working on Sundays. It took over an hour and speaking to like five people before being able to get the truck. Not a good experience. Was very time consuming and frustrating.
Joseph CI was charged twice for my rental which from what hear happens often when using Uhaul. This is not a good pracice i will be reporing this to my congress person and to the BBB. You should not be taking peoples money wrongfully,

Jo AI don't think the vandalism or crime increase in this area is anything that can be changed over night...and because of this..There is no picking up equipment rental before office hours..had to check into office with a woman who was very helpful friendly and I will rent again from this location because she was great.

John TThis was a mixed experience…The place were we picked up and dropped off was in a perfect location. The Uhaul app was insanely difficult… and unnecessary. Please up date your system. Also, there was a 70 minute wait to talk to someone for help. It was very frustrating until I found the most knowledgeable employee at Uhaul. She took her time to walk me thru . She was GREAT !!!! Thanks
