I called on the phone and was put on hold, to which nobody ever returned. I then just went online and reserved a 10 ft. truck for 10 am. I didn't get my rental until 11:20 am, meaning it put me way behind in getting my load to storage. Local traffic is some of the worst in the country. The storage facility has opening and closing hours and I was late arriving to closing and had to park the vehicle fully loaded overnight. Far from ideal.

Danelly PWhen we picked up the car we took a picture of the fuel and brought it back with the same amount of fuel and they charged us for fuel. We have pictures. Then they called me a day later after 5pm and asked if we brought the vehicle back which I got the vehicle for four hours and only used it for two. Then we was charged extra on our card. Went to the store and they claim they can’t help us. Worst experience ever. Then was speaking Spanish in front of us about the situation when that es very rude as we are in America where everyone speaks English. Would like for someone to call me back in regards to this matter

BARBARA PClose this location. Everything about this experience at this location was stressful and unprofessional. It took two calls to corporate customer service to correct issues with this location. This location's phone number doesn't even work. I have rented equipment from UHaul over 30 times and this was by far the worst experience. Based on the many reviews of this location, many customers feel the same. This location does not represent the UHaul brand well.

I will never go this place ever again. And now thinking about alternatives as I rent for my business often. If ever a discount should apply this was the time. JUST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Christopher CI turned my rental in after hours on Sunday May 8th approximately 2 -3pm...I used the return check in feature app/ online and key drop-off on May 8rh..On May 16th I receive a receipt saying I kept truck 8 days and checked ...First of all if they don't check lockbox everyday why do they have one..Secondly why does receipt say return May 14th but they check it in May 16th..Clearly they just randomly charged me because they don't have key dropff procedures in place. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone

Gidget WMake sure they check the uhaul. It was super dirty filled with trash, soda spilled and a lot more I have pictures as well!

Maria SThis was not the original location where i was supposed to pick up the truck, at the original location i have tried to log in to my account for the pick up but i got this message that said that i had to call a phone number to continue, obviously no one picked up that phone for 45 minutes and when i left to Home Depot just before renting a truck there i called again and finally someone picked up. I lost 2.5 hours and didn't arrive on time for my scheduled business, this was a nervous experience and i do not think i will ever use your business again and will not recommend this to a friend. roger cMy uhaul experience was absolutely TERRIBLE! I booked my uhaul and got my confirmation more than a week in advance. I show up and it's 9 o'clock, and the guy who runs the store isn't even here yet (they open at 8:30). The. He finally arrives ten minutes later after I had to call him, and he tells me he doesn't have a truck for me. So I show him my confirmation email, and he finally finds my truck. The sad thing is, my truck wasn't scheduled to arrive until 10:40 pm. Now this is moveing day, I dragged my but out of bed way early, and now I'm told "sorry, I don't have anything for you." So he trouble shoots and tries to call some other Uhauls. Meanwhile he helping another customer. He stops helping us and get this other customer they're truck. Then someone walks in and wants to rent a 10" (the same size we reserved) and he gives it to them for the day! At this point I'm beyond frustrated. He keeps saying sorry it's not my fault, while I'm trying to just explain to him that I NEED this truck to move today. We finally find another store, which I have to return the uhaul to (originally I had reserved an out of town option but he couldn't find any). So I ended up running behind schedule 2 hours and I'm late to meet my new landlord (great first impression, right?). Never using uhaul again.

EDWANN CThe agent did not do the inspection with me. The dolly that I ordered was not included. I was told that an extra 10 miles would be added at no charge, that was not done. There were no additional packing products that could be purchased. I would remove this location as an authorized pick up location. Uhaul rentals are clearly not the main focus of Somar Multi Services.
CHRISTOPHER Hthe inside of the truck is NOT 9'11". The lady on customer service said the total clearance is 10' but the inside is 9'11". We measured it and it was no where near 9'11"
ALIETHIA MExcellent service. Prices were better than other moving truck companies. They worked with. S and answered any questions I had. I would definitly recommend them to friends.
