Our reservation was to be picked up in Hurricane, UT, but they gave the truck to somebody else and we had to drive an extra 30 minutes to get a truck. We should definitely be compensated for this unprofessionalism!

Lexie was very friendly and professional. She did a great job taking our car dolly off the truck, and she gave us some wiggle room with our return time for the truck. Lexie made the return of our equipment quick and easy.

First thing I noticed when I opened door was how dirty it was. Food and what looked like ashes all over inside. Smelled dirty inside. Opened the back cargo area and it was dirty, had dirt and debris all over even on the ramp when we pulled it out.

This is a very simple issue. My associate made the reservation, and we intended to pick up the Truck at about 8:30 AM St Geroge UTAH, local time, on Monday. There was some kind of early pickup, involving a lock-box implied by the U-Haul website. It was inferred that the day before, I would get a phone call. Well, come Monday, I left the lot about 11:00 AM. I never received a phone call, the lock box keys were evident but from what I can tell not used, and the local person did show up about 10:15 but had other things to do, so she got to me about 10:35. So in summary, the local service was not particularly customer-oriented. I could not use the bathroom. "It has not worked for ...." Now as for the Truck: EXCELLENT. The seat was comfortable. I kept the seat belt tight and sat up straight like my Mother said I should do. So I made it back to Santa Barbaria in 9:15 hrs. My sciatica thanks the Ford Truck Division. Now as for the drivers on the freeway: Whatever happened to the notion: "Do not pass on the Right"? The side mirrors, both the big ones on top and wide-view ones below, were avery positive experience. The last time I U-hauled was in 1994. The truck this time was super excellent.

Maybe just do a paper pre-inspection of the vehicle instead of the app because the app is a little buggy and I couldn’t finish the process even after completing all the prompts but the service rep was very helpful and friendly. Great experience overall.

My reservation was changed last minute to a different location. The truck windows were filthy. The attendant was nearly a half hour late opening the office, both on the day I picked the truck up and the next day when I returned the truck to the same location. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient when he arrived but we had a long hard day of moving ahead of us and we were up against the clock, so a late opening was frustrating and inconvenient. I won’t use that location again.

The gentleman that helped me was so helpful and helped us get everything loaded and I really appreciate how kind he was the last person. I didn’t have a really good experience with so it was good to have this experience with this gentleman I would definitely recommend your company and this location to pick up things.

A little congested area, small with little area for growth, but the only location that had the trailer I needed. All others had a larger alternate size

Maybe when picking up the trailer the customer is given a printed paper with the date, time, and address of the drop-off location. The paperwork was all communicated by email. It was later difficult to find and read on my phone.

I would love to give a 5 star for my drop off location, but sadly we showed up a little before drop off to make sure we were there on time and ended up being there for an hour waiting for someone to even show up. We had to even just end up doing the online return because no one was there even after they were open. It’s very unfortunate because I had such a great experience driving the U-Haul acrossed the country. It was honestly the smoothest ride I’ve ever had.

There was a mostly dried liquid spill in the truck and had to travel over an hour both ways to a second location to pick up some of the equipment.

I wanted a smaller truck but I had to get the bigger one and I only had it from like one to 530 and got charged 250 bucks. That was my only complaint cause I only had it for a couple hours.

Telephone communications were hesitant and unclear. Seemed like the place was operating out of someone else's garage. employees were late opening according to the opening hours posted. Very nice guy when I met the person helping. Friendly knowledgeable but the phone conversations were disjointed and didn't give confidence that they knew what they were doing.

Exceptional customer service, will stick to this location for further Uhaul needs. Made me feel comfortable with the truck I was renting and put me in a vehicle I had no problems driving. Would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a truck rental. I'd give 10 stars if possible!

It was no ones falt as the manager was on vacation. Brent from next door helped me out. They didn't open until 10:30. It would be better for the customer if the time they were open was earlier.
