RW is a great example of customer focused service. Although a small U-Haul facility, he treats it like a primary business.

This was a much better location to rent a U-Haul verses an actual UHaul facility. The UHaul facility overbooked and didn’t have the van we signed up for. The UHaul representative we had to work with was able to find one for us to rent to fulfill our actual reservation.
