Great location and great customer service 10/10
EDGAR SEverything worked as it should. There was an issue at checkout (the truck I drove was not the truck that was checked out to me) but the staff on location saw the issue and took care of it, and all was fine.

Carlos MIt did not go well. The female front desk clerk gave my reservation away on the day I arrived to California after driving a Uhaul from South Carolina. When I got upset at the fact that she gave my reserved storage away, she told me that I could go find another storage facility. I took my business elsewhere just like she suggested I should do.

Chad WI got overcharged The mileage I started at was 43976 Not 43954 like has been charged I had told this to the gentleman and he said he would correct as well as gas was not at 1/4 it was at 1/8 of a tank I have proof of this. But this day was really bad service from the booking agents sent me 40 to find out no reservation was done after taking and they did not have trucks available so I had to drive 30 more min out the way. So please correct the over charges thank you

gilmore jThis location and personnel was no problem. The problem was everything before I was sent to this one. This location allowed me to drop off the truck at a different location when the one in my original reservation would NOT HONOR that request, even though I was provided with a drop-off location in the reservation. The original location called his boss to see if he/she could help find somewhere else to send me, telling me it will be 10 mins to 1 hour before he/she would call me. After 30 mins of waiting, I did call Uhaul cust srvc. For the next customer, please review your authorized Uhaul dealers to make sure they are meeting the expectations of customers' reservations so they do not waste time and gas having to go somewhere for nothing, then have to drive somewhere else for their request to be honored. Customer service did finally get my issue resolved, with extra miles to boot, but, smh. For such a large corporation, that was very unprofessional. (I never did hear from the original location's boss.)

MIKAEL RThis place was more than helpful. However, this was not the selected return location. The initial return location was Willy's Bikes in Sylmar. The place was not open, not answering their phone, nor was there a drop box for return. I called Uhaul and received terrible customer service. I was transferred 4 times having to explain my situation every time. No one would make a decision and kept passing me on. Finally, Jen, told me too bad, I had to go to another location to drop off. I picked this location because of convenience for me, not Uhaul. I will not recommend Uhaul to anyone. Very disappointed that Uhaul is so big that the customer doesn't matter.

Then when they did arrive they were very slow and had us wait outside while they "prepared". then they had to call someone over the phone, who could help them immediately, and we had to wait 15-20 minutes for that person to call back to coach them thru the process. But the truck was great for our purposes.

And to make matters even more frustrating, I am at a loss as to why the the new pickup location was a lot further away than the location I changed to pick up from?

Privacy R | First ImpressionsWe had a mixup for the pick-up location. I ordered the truck for the Van Nuys U-Haul location. When they called me the day before to confirm the pickup, they only confirmed the time. Next day I learned that the location was changed to Woodland Hills (when i was already in the Van Nuys location). This was confusing, frustrating and we lost some valuable time with it. But I want to add, that the guys in Van Nuys office were very helpful and they managed to get this closer location instead of Woodland Hills.
